clean rooms, good breakfast perfect location for our purposes the staff goes out of there way to make sure groups are accommodated with rooms next to each other and quick checkin. since most of the hotel was booked with families attending Parris Island graduation ceremonies with really early timelines to get on base they started breakfast early so everyone could eat before leaving. they were also flexible on checkin and out times to accommodate this as well.

I have no dislikes. I noticed that if there were any problems from other guests the staff quickly resolved.

Sleeping conditions were good.

The bathroom shower had mold or stains around the floor walls and upper ceiling. The staff told me I did not have a reservation and they were full. Somehow your company registered me with my last name as W and not Bell. After providing my reservation number they found the reservation in my full name. W is my middle initial. They politely apologized.

Front desk person Ms. Myra. She greeted us with a smile and assisted us with every need we had. The manager Mr. Baker was very professional in dealing with our concerns. Looking forward to staying next time. Ms. Myra recommended two restaurants that was exceptional in their menu selection... Outstanding.Thanks Ms. Myra!!!

Not enough healthy choices for breakfast. They may have changed I only ate once during our 4 day stay.

Location was good. Breakfast was nice.

The side entrance was not secure as the lock seemed to be broke. The hot tub was not working. The trash bins outside the lobby entrance were over flowing. The staff put fox news on in the breakfast room I thought it should have been a neutral station. The overall feeling was the hotel was a bit shabby.

The beds were really comfortable. The location was great. The staff was very friendly.

We could never get our room cool enough. Every time we walked outside their was someone smoking. I suggest having a smoking section in the back and away from the front entrance.

Being on the first floor, coffee available early, the staff was friendly and accommodating, adequate parking and quiet location, When I first got to my room the shower was not working properly, I went to the front desk to report the situation nand it was taken care of promptly. Overall my stay was pleasant.

Even though I understand that under current conditions, it would have been nice to have a breakfast to enjoy other than a Danish roll, apple and a bottle of water in a paper bag. With covid, they do not serve anything other than coffee and the "grab and go bag" to eat.

Breakfast was great. The interior of the lobby was nice.

Room smelled. Shower not that clean. Stains on linen. No where to put soap in shower. Water went all over bathroom floor when you take a shower.

From the ease of making a reservation online to checking in and out, the breakfast was simple but very good. The coffee was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great customer service and we love it and will surely return.

Breakfast was just okay. Not a lot of choices Sausages and eggs were not good quality.

I really enjoy the stay, the area around is nice and quiet, all restaurants and stores are close to the hotel. Rooms are clean, staff very pleasant and helpful with everything .

Only the carpets should be exchanged, you can smell bad odor when you enter the room
