Everyone on staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good, our room was spacious and comfortable.

The indoor pool was very small, but we were just happy they had one. Our room keys wouldn't open the door. We literally had to swap them out 3 different times. We would stand there inserting it about 20 times (no exaggeration) before it would turn green and let us in.

Breakfast was ok...no flavor..but ok....Sherry the front desk attendee made the trip the best...

Last night of stay 7/30/23...a lady and a man was the front desk attendee ..the man was unwilling to give me towels and we had zero..he kept saying he didn't see the need ..... I finally got aggravated and showed my not so friendly rude side after arguing the fact why I needed towels..mind that we just spent the entire day at the beach and we was a family of 16 that was there to have a memorial to spread my mother's ashes at folly beach....and I had to explain in detail why I need towels over and over.. then was told by the lady I didn't need to be so harsh and rude...

Staff was friendly, bed was super comfy & the room was overall nice. We also enjoyed the indoor pool & special treats the staff would put out for the visitors!

The only thing I would suggest is that they keep it a little cooler in the rooms in between visitors. It was 78 in the room & mold had settled on the air unit slats. They also need to check in the bathrooms to be sure everything is in order. The shower handle fell off as soon as we turned it on. Luckily it popped right back on but we had to be extra careful using it each day. A few tiles in the bathroom also need to be redone as far as gluing them down. Very loose & sounded like they were going to break when stepping on them.

Omg this hotel was perfect for us! There 5 of us total and we had 2 queen beds, and a pull out couch. We had enough room for all of us to be comfortable. The breakfast was good, the room was cute, the indoor heated pool was good. And the location was amazing. The best part was the two older front desk ladies they were the sweetest kindest people ever. I wish i would of caught their names but if your there on Saturday or Sunday morning you’ll know who I’m talking about!

The only complaint is a little tiny issue that doesn’t really matter too much. That is the pressure on the shower head, i wish the pressure was a little stronger but who cares, everything else was great!

This hotel goes above and beyond to provide an excellent experience. From the iced lemon water in the lobby to the 4:00 p.m. warm cookies, and full breakfast every morning. It really is the little things that make your experience that much more enjoyable. Beautiful rooms, friendly staff, you cannot go wrong with this place. I would have gladly paid twice as much for my room and still been happy!

Being a person that was traveling without a car, it is walkable. However, a bit complicated. If you are in a car you are all set to go :)

The room was incredible. We are able to get a larger room at check in due to bringing an extra child with us and the room they gave us was very roomy and many amenities. The breakfast was outstanding. We never expected to have a full continental breakfast at the reasonable rates of the rooms. The waffle bar was a huge hit for our kids. The staff was exceptional. Ms. Charlene was the sweetest thing and was so helpful and friendly! Everyone we encountered was great. The indoor pool area was clean and perfect for entertaining our little ones on the rainy, chilly nights! We will definitely be staying here again!

The location was perfect. Also the size of the room was great. Plenty of space for our bags and enough room to spread out. Although, the bathroom was a bit small for more than two people.

The view wasn't the best and property lot was rather odd because there was only one way in/out. Parking is very limited. The biggest annoyance was the door key access. We had to change our key cards twice and even after that, it took multiple attempts just to open the door. They really need to have maintenance check it out.

Breakfast was offered for all breakfast lovers! Sausage, eggs, toast, cereal, grits, fruit, yogurt, muffins, etc. we travel quite a bit and the scrambled eggs were the best we’ve ever eaten. Also, our room was clean and roomy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

I think your customers should not have to bring their dirty laundry to the front desk and exchange them for clean linens. How is this sanitary when the office personnel must do this chore while other patrons are waiting to check in? I think motels Covid excuse for not tidying the rooms, emptying the garbage, etc., has worn thin. I doubt that high end establishments follow these procedures.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety to chose from and the breakfast area was very clean. They also provided a breakfast overflow area which was nice. My husband and I enjoyed the ambience.

The bathroom sink was somewhat clogged and the water took long to drain. For some unknown reason, whenever we showered, the floor got wet even though we kept the shower curtain as close to the wall as possible. Other than that the bathroom was very clean. We would recommend this hotel.

Staff was helpful. Indoor pool nice. Loved complimentary cookies in PM and 24 hr tea and coffee snd iced coffee. Breakfast had very nice variety. Size of room was fantastic best part of stay! I would gladly come back to this room dispute small complaints.

Door lock repeatedly would not accept key over our 4 day stay. No maid service for 4 days when I asked I was handed trash bags and towels at the desk. Laundry room not clean. Garbage stored in stair well smelled bad.
