Room met our needs for three adults. Felt more like being at home than in a hotel room. Proximity to activities was good.

Highly likely I will not use Booking.com in the future or recommend use to others. I accidentally booked our stay for an additional night, immediately realized it, and wanted to correct but was not allowed to do so, so lost out on one night room charge and associated taxes and fees. Got caught up in the FOMO of the deal and only two rooms left at the great price. Hotel adjusted my departure date but I did not get a refund. Honest mistake, but feel burned in that respect.

The staff was excellent. Especially the young lady that kept our room so comfortable and clean. I did not get her name but many Tim es I observed her in the hallways or whenever the doors were opened to other rooms and she was singing. She has a beautiful voice, spirit and made us feel so at home. She was exceptional. The breakfast, was good, but, please include whole milk for cereal, 2% for cereal is a healthy choice, however, that is the only area I splurge in :) The front desk young lady was excellent. Very helpful and always smiled. Really great experience all the way around. The cleanliness of the entire facility was impressive. I am a clean freak. :) It was so nice to stay at your Inn.

The cost and the pet charge. We stayed in 4 different hotels in our travel and this hotel was the most expensive. We pay the price and the pet charges for the location but just compared to other hotels on our travel the Residence Inn is more expensive. We stayed in Southport NC, Charleston, Kennesaw Georgia and Charlotte NC and all were very nice but less expensive. Also I forgot to set up my reservations with points and when asked after the fact we were not allowed to change. It’s is what it is. We would stay again because of the location to family when we come back to our hometown for a visit!

Location was good. The breakfast was pretty good. Room was nice. I loved the art pieces inside my room.

Too many dogs and dog odors in this hotel. Many scents being put into the air in attempts to cover or mask pet odors. Parking spaces are a little narrow. Not enough handicap spaces. The wooden furniture in the rooms is very worn but acceptable. The mattresses are lumpy.

We brought a 3 month puppy with us and was surprised to have to pay $100 fee which we were unaware of. The website did not elude to that. The air conditioning in the room was fair but we couldn't get it cool enough and it was set on 65. Overall the stay was good and would stay again when we return to the area.

Breakfast was good but no bagels! Hotel located close to so many attractions.

Lighting in bathroom and vanity area was not bright enough. Hard to see you put your contacts in and put on my make up.

A little bit of deferred maintenance/ oddly completed repairs. A shuttle of some kind to downtown would be convenient.

the property was clean and in a good location with a quick drive to downtown. we had two dogs and our kiddos with us as well. the younger kids enjoyed the pool, the older kids enjoyed the hot tub in the evening, and the dogs loved that there was so many good places to walk right across the street.

The location was great. I love the idea it was clean and they took the extra measures to protect their guests from Covid-19. I also like the set up of the 2 bedroom suite. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful.
