Was very comfortable and the location was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable and I loved the towels. The pool and hot tub area were nice and enjoyable. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. They also had hot chocolate and coffee available 24 hours. I also liked that breakfast went until 10 so I could sleep in a bit.

There were a few issues with housekeeping. I didn't expect the sheets to be changed every day of our stay but I felt the room should have been cleaned and the bed made. Spoke to housekeeping but they still didn't come by the room. And lighting over the vanity could be a bit brighter for putting on makeup.

I loved the lady at the front desk. We checked in late at night. The elevator was being worked on, so we had to haul our stuff up flights of stairs. But that was okay. The lady was so apologetic about it. The lady running the breakfast area was so sweet. She helped me and my toddler get all set up, and was so nice when I apologized for the mess from him throwing his food all around. Told me not to worry about it and cleaned it up herself. I'd go back just to see her!

The staff was great. Friendly and helpful. Location was great and easy to find. Close to everything.

I asked for a room away from noisy things like elevators, stairs, etc. They put us in a room next a family room. The noise was horrible! The kids running in the halls, slamming the door to the point it was like a shock wave in our room. To the staff's credit, when I called them the noise quieted down that day. Also, no microwave in the room.

The property was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The beds were clean and comfortable. The shower was clean and in great working order. The pool and hot tub were clean with sufficient fresh towels for swimmers. There was plenty for breakfast with a friendly staff to greet you in the morning. We loved our stay so much! Thank you!!!!

The upholstery of the bench in the room was worn, but it was not a problem, nor did it affect the function. We would stay again!

Good location, plenty of parking. I loved the 24 hour pool- rarely see that and I appreciated the early morning swim. If you’re on a long road trip it’s great to have laundry on site and the laundry room was very clean. Breakfast was good, replenished and something for everyone. There’s a lot to do in Idaho, I’d like to spend more time some day. So much natural beauty

Maybe a little high in price for the area? But I think I could have gotten a better price if I booked sooner.

I loves the late checkout. It gave us time to eat and visit the pool again before we left.

The bed was horrible. I know hotel beds are not the best. But this was the worst. I couldn't walk the next morning. And having 3 separate pads on the pull out instead of a mattress was a pain for kids. They kept falling between. But everything else was great

Great pool! Had shallow area, deeper area and hot tub was very close to the pool. Breakfast was great! Staff was great! Bike, treadmill, worked great in gym.

No free weights in the gym. No water in water container in gym. Two towels at the pool, no towels in gym. Lots of noise came in from under the door in our room.

Large rooms with modern accomodations. A/C worked well. Room easy to access lobby. Nice decor. Basic cable was nice with local weather and news. Breakfast nice in the mornings. Swimming pool great for kids.

TV a bit small of a screen for room size. Could hear voices in the hallway, not insulated enough. chair in room could use upgraded, uncomforyable to sit in. Bathtub mini sized, too small, needs enlarged.

It was very good and the person in charge did a great job greeting the customers and keeping the inventory current.

Hotels in the winter deal with conditions that are difficult to manage. Entrances to buildings are usually less maintained that might be desirable. The Pet area was pretty bad but understandable with the amount of snow that was in the area. But it looked as though the pet owners were mostly responsible for the amount of pet debris on the ground. A little more effort from staff to would have been appreciated.

Great folks good service very quiet place

Needed to change my reservation and zero people could help me. Got the run around with Booking .com and wrong information from the locations front desk about being able to change . lost my money for the second night and that hurts.
