The TV was nice size, the location was really good, the breakfast area was very nice, overall it was a really nice hotel

We got there about 11:30 or midnight at night, and we had six rooms, and the fell at the front desk was really nice, but he had to do each room individually, so he had to type it in and do a bunch of stuff apparently and print out each room individually, I think we was at the front desk like an hour, not sure why it takes that long, that's really the only thing complaint I have

When we arrived at 11pm, our reservation was not there even though we had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com. It took 30 minutes to get the problem resolved. The staff said Booking.com had not made the reservation with them. I had to call Booking.com and then hand my phone to the night clerk at the desk so they could get it all straightened out. We finally were able to get checked in. It was very frustrating after a long day if driving.

The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable. The staff members were very friendly.

I tried to print boarding passes in the business center, but the printer wouldn't work. A staff member tried to rectify the problem but without success. I finally gave the desk clerk the information and she printed it from the front desk computer. So, a task that should have taken ten minutes took over an hour.

I loved the fact that I actually got the room I ordered. Breakfast said included and it was. They were amazing checking us in and making us feel very comfortable. Gave us all we would need and more.

Just that the hot tub was down both days we were there.

I was nicely surprised that I was served breakfast by a wonderful lady that I believe her name was Rhonda. She served whatever you were going to eat and kept the dining area spotless. I got to talk to her and she is a lovely person that is happy with her job. The Front desk people were outstanding! Always polite and having a genuine smile and always willing to help. I will stay again on my next trip. Thank you to all the staff.

Housekeeping missed under the beds. I lost the remote and had to look under the bed to find it. I told the desk and they handled it .

The staff was great. Stephanie at the front desk was the BEST! The room was clean. Bed was comfortable

Hot tub wasn't working. Eliptical wasn't working, only 1 treadmill. Breakfast: over all was good, however the bacon wasn't crispy at all. The gravy was EXCELLENT!

The hotel was centrally located to the activities we were attending. The breakfast was very nice.

The water in the shower needs attention. The room could use a few more garbage cans.

Room was very clean and comfortable with a nice big bed and lots of pillows - the breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of selections to choose from, including the coffee - staff was very helpful - shower had handrail and safety strips to prevent falls - overall we had a very pleasant stay

The hotel was not fully booked due to the timing of our visit. The entire staff was friendly, the pool was well maintained. Any requests we had were fulfilled promptly. It is located close to several restaurants, fast food places, grocery store & shopping.

This is NOT not anything the hotel really has any control over. They are still unable to serve the hot breakfast we are accustomed to enjoying at Choice hotels, due to to COVID Protocols. While it was sufficient our son was very disappointed that he couldn't have waffles.

Room was clean, comfy, and spacious! Amanda made our trip by providing excellent guest service. She went above and beyond and really made our stay wonderful.
