Very clean and smelled great. I love how they give you coupons during ur stay. My family absolutely loved the pizza from the snack bar. We had the BBQ chicken pizza and it was so amazing we decided to get another regular pepperoni and the best pizzas. Cute casino and live band on Saturday. The location is perfect. You can walk just down the street and there are cute coffee shops, local shops, local dine in areas where you can even eat outside. Wonderful atmosphere overall and what i loved the most is its not an expensive hotel.

Im not a fan of the Black Bear diner so even with the coupons we recieved, our family did not eat there. My family was not a fan of the pillows. They were half the size of a regular pillow and too soft. Ur head just goes right through the bottom

The staff at front desk and in the lounge were all very polite and friendly as well as neatly groomed. Location was super convenient, we were able to walk to our meetings at the capital and restaurants that we booked during our stay.

My coworkers room was nearly 3x the size of my room and the same price!! Her room made my room look like a closet. I did request a quiet room but the hotel was not full, so it seemed unnecessary to put me at the opposite end of the elevator. Also there was wine spilled on the desk table in the room and a dirty wash cloth in the shower, so...there was that.

The hotel was clean and staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Two employees went out of their way to make sure our stay was a great one. Being connected to a known restaurant, Black Bear diner was a plus as well as connected to a clean friendly and fun casino.

A fitness center (mainly a treadmill or bike) to get some exercise indoors would have been nice though certainly not necessary to enjoy our stay. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was very easy and comfortable to walk around.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location is easy to find and easy to get from. The restaurant attached to the hotel is nice. It is a Black Bear diner.

The casino that is attached to the hotel sucks but that could be because it is a small casino. We had a view of the mountains but also a view of power lines b

The location is walkable to restaurants and bars. There is ample parking. The lady at the front desk was very courteous and quickly found the reservation and got us checked in. There is a bar with multiple tv's and another tv area in the casino. Was able to wake up early and watch Wimbledon final. Bed was comfortable.

The public areas of the hotel smell of cigarette smoke (smoking inside casinos is permitted in Nevada). Not much one can do to fix that short of a new ventilation system. The hotel has not been remodeled in decades. It's kept fairly clean but things look 40+ years old.

its a decent place. the staff are exemptional from the front desk to cleaning ladies and people from casino and bars they are all friendly. i want to commend also the front desk lady and this guy (sorry my husband didn’t get thier names) from the casino who helped us open the door that my 5yrs old daughter accidentally locked the front and connecting room door. good thing that no body is in the room and while we are at the next room. thank you for the nice experience and the friendly staff there.

Black Bear Dinner is at the hotel. Nice Casino too.

Prices at restaurant are moderately priced. Don't buy sides off the menu for breakfast...expensive. Two eggs, has browns, glass of orange juice, and hot tea....$20!!

The room was clean and relatively quiet. There was plenty of parking, and the front desk staff was excellent. The bed was comfortable. It was a good value for what I paid.

The property is definitely a bit dated - the carpets and some furniture could use replacement. The wifi was also a little slow at times. But, for what I paid, it was just fine.

Staff was really friendly. They didn't clean the room for the days we were there, and we were warned about that up front, but that wasn't a problem for us. They provided new towels and toiletries any time you asked for them. Bonus, they included a free breakfast from the Black Bear Diner. The breakfast was from a limited item list, but it was really good, and enough food for me.

I didn't like the location of the elevators, because entering from the front of the hotel, you had to walk through a smoky casino to get to them, and of course everything smells like smoke. There was a heat wave going on while we were there, and trying to keep the room cool was a struggle for the small air conditioner.

A girlfriend of mine came by and rocked my world. It was so nice to see her and I floated on air for days, plus I won $352 that was nice
