the pool was only open until 7pm. the garage only had one entrance

Room was great. Spacious, Clean and most things in order. Nice view.

No glasses in the room, No microwave.. No room service menu book... and not everyone uses cell phones so that code thing to scan means nothing to me. Outside amenities close too early, snack shops should be open 24/7... resturants on weekends closing at midnight ? Went to a show it ended at 11... but by the time we got to a place for food they were turning out the lights..

The room was quiet. My husband and I slept very well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

When we first checked in, the lady when asked where the convention center was for the meeting we were going to attend in the morning, her response was, "I don't know", instead she might have been more helpful, like let me find out for you. Her eye contact, when she responded, looking away and I felt disrespected.

Everything was clean. It was quiet which was a bonus for a casino hotel. Restaurants were good, especially Ruth Chris. Valet Service was very responsive. Hospitality was efficient and helpful. The hotel wasn’t that busy during our stay.

Training young staff is always a challenge. Sometimes their attitudes and minds are elsewhere, whether in a restaurant, cafe etc.

only thing I didn’t like was because we took the players spa and payd a little more for the room with the jacuzzi. as soon as I get in there I turn the jacuzzi on and a lot of nasty thing came out of the ducts, I went to complaint in the reception, they were very helpful but they just sent someone in there to clean it up, even after cleaning it still dirty things coming out, I did recorded a video of everything and even after show the receptionist she just gave me 30$ to consume in any restaurant in the hotel. that was okay but I paid 750$ dollars for a weekend in the room w the jacuzzi and I couldn’t use that, that’s the only problem for me, everything else we liked

Upon arrival to check in I was told I didn't have reservations at motel. Even though I had confirmation in my email stating different. So I was sent to silver legacy cuz thats where I was told my reservations were at. Well after going to silver legacy to check in I was sent back over to Eldorado where my booking was. Finally Eldorado found my reservations and I got my room. But I was never offered any discount or anything after sending me to silver legacy then back to Eldorado

I'm not a gambler, so staying in a massive casino overnight felt pleasingly surreal. The airport transfer was especially good - on time and trackable with kind, considerate and excellent drivers. The collect driver took an extra tour of the bus park at midnight, circling around as he noted some late bags were still going round and didn't want to leave anyone behind. My room was comfortable with a great coffee machine in it.

The reception is a bit tucked away to make you walk through the casino going in and out. The reception desk hit me with a whole list of card pre-authorisations that they would credit back when I didn't use them. It was explained like the terms and conditions bit of a radio advert, just a blur of words. I trusted it would work out OK, and it did. The location - Reno - is fine, but I was saddened to see a high number of homeless living amongst the massive neon dens of dice and cards.

We stayed in the Player Spa Suite and loved it! The view with windows all around was stunning. The room was even bigger than expected which was nice to have a ton of space. The tub was a great size enough to be able to relax and not feel crammed. Our room was very clean. Overall very pleased with our stay.

The bathroom/shower was incredibly small. You would have to close the bathroom door once in the room to be able to get around it to use the toilet. Both doors would clash into one another. Also wish their room service had more hour availability.

Excellent large room, comfy beds, quiet so good night sleep. Staff very helpful in changing the room type i had mistakenly booked without any hassle.

Restaurants - pricey, not welcoming, some closed.

Location, restaurants

The beds in the room were pretty worn. We had a view of the rooftop equipment. The curtains were hard to pull closed and there was something smeared on them from previous people holding the curtain fabric to try to close or open them instead of using the wand to pull them closed or open. We had to do the same. The room door did not autoclose and we didn't notice it until we had been gone for 6 hours and returned to the room. Luckily nothing was stolen. The wifi signal was horrible.
