The Staff was exceptional. The room was fantastic, and the Cookies every night were over the top and a great unexpected addition. If there was one down fall see next section. We would definitely consider coming back again.

The place was fantastic. However, the pool and whirlpool being down was definitely a bummer. We love the outdoors and go hiking everywhere and coming back to relax in the pool and whirlpool was definitely on our wish list. On top of that unfortunately the weather was also rainy this weekend, obviously not expected. Time in the pool would have definitely been something to do when we could not be outdoors.

My family enjoyed the complimentary breakfast it was more than enough great variety and the USA today and the Wall Street journal every morning which was great facility was clean and near everything

One downfall is that housekeeping only clean every 3 days which means they will come every day clean your bathroom replace towels toilet paper Kleenex and change garbage cans but they will not change sheets and fix your beds I was not aware of this new method of cleaning in hotels I thought they did it every day that's news to me that it's only done every 3 days besides that everything was fine.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable. I loved how much lighting there was in the room and also that there was breakfast for the guests in the morning. Finally they had complimentary sweet snacks at the front desk for guest and I thought that was kind of them to have.

The door to our room stuck a little when trying to open or close it so we had a little trouble a couple times but nothing to major. The only other complaint we had is that the spa tub had hair in it and paint peeling in the bottem when we arrived.

We stayed in the King room with spa bath and it was very spacious. The room was clean enough and amenities were suitable. The spa bath was small but adequate. There was a working fireplace! The staff were very friendly and responded to our needs quickly. Breakfast was very good. They offered a variety of hot or cold items. Location was close to restaurants and a mall. Plenty to do!

The blinds were broken and there was an very bright light outside my window. We could not get the room dark enough to enjoy our sleep. For whatever reason I was getting sicker/ flu with each passing day.

The room & breakfast facilities were great. But ONE BIG PROBLEM put a damper on an otherwise great stay: the smoke alarm/fire alarm in our room went off at least three different time in the early morning hours (506am) while we tried to sleep; even after contacting the front desk personnel about the situation (both in person and via room telephone) it was not until the maintenance man came to our room around 7:45am and physically removed the malfunctioning alarm did the situation improve. Otherwise all was fine, except for the alarm scaring the hell out of my wife - she initially thought it was a real fire as the noise was so loud that other guests in the vicinity of the room were also in the hall vacating their rooms too.

See above noted problem. The morning front desk staff could have been a bit more helpful getting the situation resolved and getting the maintenance man to our room earlier (probably he had not yet arrived to work - understandable). The clerk's response of "it's just the smoke alarm, don't worry, go back to your room, we will get it fixed soon." Then it went off again a couple more times. WE DO NOT SMOKE or lit any flames in the room, so the situation was definitely not due to any actions on our part.

Nice well-equipped room. Decent breakfast. Safe area with a restaurant within walking distance. If hungry drive six mikes to the Lobster Claw and Grill. Great haddock! The best I’ve eaten in the U.S.

Probably the only time I’ve ever complained about this, but the water was boiling hot. If we’d had small children with us we may have required a trip to the ER. It felt like the hot water heater must’ve been set on 150. I’d recommend they adjust it before someone sues. Not an issue for us as we are adults, but dangerously hot for children.

I booked a ground-floor king suite with in-room whirlpool. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wide ranging and decent in quality, with offerings from fruit and yogurts to bacon, breakfast potatoes, and even chili con carne. The pool, spa, and shower areas downstairs were in good order.

It's a sprawling setup, and some outlying areas needed cleaning. Roughly half of the (potentially very cool mix of) games in the game room were not in service.

Our first time in Manchester.Breakfast was wonderful. Hotel location was perfect for our planned activities. Super friendly and helpful staff. Hope to stay here on our next visit to Manchester.

Very small toilet in our room. Difficult to use if one has to sit. Had to use the lobby facilities in those instances. Also lights in room could be brighter. Hard to read by.

We adored everything about the Best Western. The bed was super comfortable, everything was clean, pool and hot tub felt great, as well as the jacuzzi in our room. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, to making my fiance's and my get away rock this world.

We had to leave. We wanted to stay another night or two, but thanks to Mr. President, Joe Biden, we couldn't afford a other two nights.

Room and bathroom very clean, plenty of hot water, bed was very comfortable. Full (not just "continental") breakfast was outstanding, 4 kinds of cereal, bacon and eggs, waffles, yogurt, bagels and toast, home fries and more. Very quiet location, convenient to restaurants and shops but far enough away to be in a quiet setting. Inside swimming pool and hot tub on lower level of building were also very nice and clean.

Liked it all.
