staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool was amazing only wish it was slightly warmer also pool was open till 11pm which was great for after the kids went to bed, the breakfast was amazing. and the rooms were a good size, check in was easy and smooth

in the back lot the walk way was uneven and bricks were not in properly and my mother fell, thankfully. just skinned her hands and knees.

I had stayed there previously and was very happy with it. The beds were comfortable and the environment quiet. it’s the first time I utilized the breakfast and I found it satisfying. The pool was a comfortable temperature and my son thoroughly enjoyed it.

I wish it was a bit close to my daughter and SIL but that is definitely not the fault of the hotel…my daughter moved just a bit further away but all very much okay.

The pool and hot tub were great the room was nice and spacious big bathroom. Coffee in lobby was good. Staff was really nice. Great experience

Only two things I would suggest is the mattress and pillows weren’t very comfortable no support you kinda just sank into them. and the shower head in the bathroom would be better if it was a removable wand type. Other wise it was perfect

My family and I loved how spacious, clean, and comfortable the room and bathroom were! Having full amenities such as a mini-fridge, microwave, desk, breakfast, and pool/hot tub was a great addition. The staffs at the front desk were nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out process was extremely easy. There's also plenty of parking. Highly recommend!

Pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the room was. There was even a microwave that allowed me to heat my leftovers for dinner - perfect to not have to go back out after a long day. Wonderful shower and toiletries typically only found in higher level hotels. Loved the pool and hot tub, it was the perfect end to a stressful day. Breakfast was a full meal, not just continental grab and go. Staff were fairly friendly.

I had no unmet needs

The room was clean, the air and heat worked nicely, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delish and was long enough that we didn't have to wake up super early to grab some food. The staff was very personable morning noon and night.

Only downside was the jacuzzi jets didn't seem to be working

I had changed my reservation to one night--it was originally two. The information was not relayed from Booking.com to the hotel, so I received a phone call from the hotel on the day of arrival saying that I had two reservations. After several phone calls I thought the matter had been straightened out, but today I see that my credit card was charged for two nights. Very dissatisfied with how Booking.com and Hampton Inn handled this (or didn't handle this correctly). The charge is now in "dispute" mode with the credit card company.

It was a very nice place to stay. Warm and welcoming for a last minute reservation. Staff was very friendly and offered any help when needed.

The traffic near by got a little loud...nothing to do with hotel.

Breakfast had a variety of choices that satisfied all ages in our family. Breakfast staff was helpful and friendly!
