The room was exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was excellent. The breakfasts were very good, and the staff was amazing.

The strobe lights on the smoke/fire alarm were facing the bed and were literally impossible to mute or turn off. I will always notice these whenever I am in a Hotel as I want to be alerted if there's a fire, but have never had a strobe light so bright that it keeps me awake. I solved the problem by placing a piece of clothing over it as I couldn't sleep with the lights flashing all night. Relocating these would likely be a huge expense, but perhaps a way to dim the lights by using an amber colored paint or covering would allow the lights to be seen but not be distracting one's sleep.

dog friendly. Great big breakfasts laid out each day. I enjoyed the indoor pool. That gives the opportunity to swim a little over more of the year. Really convenient location to the hospitals and doctors I needed to visit. little things that I liked like the little room with food drinks and desserts that you could buy from regardless of how late it is.

I stayed at the hotel on three separate occasions for around 9 nights in total. Most of the times the pool and hot tub was working. My last time they were both under repair. That saddened me because I really got used to a nice soak for my tired muscles. Last time the little shop ran out of the small pints of icecream . So no swimming, soaking or icecream on that visit. I would still stay there again if I return to Lubbock.

The staff was amazing. I left and item and they said they would ship it to me at their cost. Its located in a great place easy to get to and many other places close by.

Only one ice machine in building worked. The breakfast was terrible. Only the waffles were worth eating. They ran out of juice and other items. Pool was closed and has been the last two times I've been there. Not enough lighting in the rooms.

I’m a mom of a 2 and 4 year old boys and the two amazing lady’s that were on shift when I checked in at almost midnight were. BEYOND amazing, my kiddos were up watching my husband play softball in a tournament all day and were tired and beyond cranky both sweet ladies offered to help me get the kids settled and help with what ever I needed. I was beyond blessed to have one of the ladies call a little after midnight to check on me and ask if I needed anything else. I will definitely be choosing this hotel as my permanent hotel when we’re in Lubbock.

Was for my son , while he was down here visiting, while also allowing me to stay few nights since we got the 1bdrm suite. Access to restroom exactly what i searched for, as far as access to the restroom from both living and bed room areas. Bedroom and living room, very spacious. Just seemed a bit bare as far as living room concerned. Also was literally less than 3 miles from my house, also there's a circle k right by there as well as lots of food, Walmart, dollar stores, cvs, and Walgreens. If u didn't really want to have to drive to either get food or non food essentials, this is a great area to stay in. Also it's really quiet over in this neighborhood

The pull out sofa is horrible!! The bed seemed like it curled up in the feet and head area, as well as the springs worn or bent and the mattress, horrible. I was in pain and actually went and bought a blow up bed as soon as Walmart opened.

Breakfast was great, it all tasted fresh. Loved that the building and rooms where clean and up to date making the stay feel comfortable and safe

Would have been nice if there was an entrance towards the back side of parking to avoid having to walk all the way around to the main front entrance. But not a deal breaker. Would definitely still recommend staying here!

Loved everything about it the breakfast was great the place was clean and very relaxing. I love the fact that you could access your room from different doorways so you didn’t have to walk far with your luggage.

The pool was out of service which was upsetting because that’s the reason I booked it. Other then that it was great !

Facilities and staff were fantastic! Traveling with a geriatric giant of a canine and requested ground floor close to a door. Granted! I appreciated the kindness of the staff. Breakfast was... Ok on a Thursday am. Biscuits, gravy, cheesy scrambled eggs.

White socks on the room floors.... Not so white after walking. The bathroom floors were not clean. At all. Bathtub was missing the overflow cover part. As a pet owner, I would have liked to know ahead of time about the $25 pet fee.

Honestly, the BEST hotel breakfast that we've ever eaten. Hotel was EXTREMELY clean and comfortable. Love it and will definately stay there again.

Our only complaint, being smokers, is that there were no benches outside where we could be comfortable to smoke. Not suggesting there should be one at the door but, perhaps a short distance down from the door with a disposal unit for finished cigs. Just a suggestion. Yes, we know that we are the minority, and smoking is a truly nasty habit but, we still would like to be comfortable doing what we enjoy. :)

The staff was courteous and user friendly it was a very professional environment. I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Upon checking in I had difficulties with my key card what was greeted by a housekeeping staff who assisted me in a very professional way he was so helpful thanks so much

Someone's little dog got just a little lonely but just for a few minutes until the only returned to their room
