Breakfast was more than I expected and the location was amazing because it was close to everything. Access to indoor pool for kids, and the room was very spacious for our 4 person family.

The only thing I didn’t like was my room wasn’t ready for 4pm check in after a seven hour drive, because it was told to me they were short staffed…. My check in was about a hour later.

I felt that the breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and room was clean! All the staff I encountered were helpful and friendly! While waiting they would tell me they would be with me shortly. That was a plus to me because I work in customer service and good service means a lot to me.

I would have like to have had access to lactose free or almond milk, a couple of mornings eggs had cheese and also only 2 percent milk for cereal. Also, I would like to have had some fruit for breakfast. The channels on the guide and the TV didn't match. We figured it out but it was annoying! I enjoyed the treadmill and elliptical but no knobs being on the door to the exercise room was a little creepy to me.

I am not a morning person so I missed all the breakfast all the three days I was there, but the location is excellent. You will find all kinds of restaurants around the same area. If you have a family like me that sometimes run to cvs or Walgreens they just next to each other. I was there with my family to visit Busch garden and it's was just 16 minutes away. I forget to mention the place smell amazing soon you walk in the door all the way to your room. The staff were very friendly and my favorite is Nadine one of the cleaners she is just so sweet. She check on me the whole time and made us really feel comfortable. I will definitely be back no doubt.

The front desk staff was very rude, I did ask if a safe was located in the room the young man answer was “did you see a safe, I replied I don’t think so, “his replied was, when there is none.” I think that the night staff members needed more training how to be courteous to guest. I must say that the Manager Mr. John was very helpful. Hugh shout out to Ms. Sharon from the restaurant, what a kind genuine person she make us feel as a family member, she’s definitely an asset to the company.

Everything was good. Clean and roomy room. Close to those we visited since it had been 4 years since we were in the area and the person, we stayed with then moved and didn't have room. Breakfast had several options to pick from so if there was something that you really didn't want that day there was other food options to eat. We loved the waffles, eggs and meat each morning. Housekeeping would check to see if we needed anything replaced or more things. My husband wanted to know if we could stay longer but could not because it's back to reality and work.

The vinyl desk chair in the rooms because I would stick to it. However, I placed a bath towel over the chair, and it was fine.

The staff was very nice, especially the overnight desk clerk on Saturday night. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool area was nice and clean. The place was quiet and relaxing for the most part.

The breakfast was not good at all. The eggs were ice cold and congealed, the sausage was very overcooked and dry. The bread and bagel container was always empty. There was nowhere near enough sitting space to eat. Was very disappointed in this as it was one of the reasons I chose this place, because it had a real breakfast offered.

We have been staying here for years. We are especially thrilled about the remodel which makes the hotel even more excellent. When you walk in it smells so fresh and the room was almost immaculately clean. Reception is ice a attentive (please see comment below.

I have two things: 1. Please get curtains that join so the sun does not peep in early in the mornings, 2. I smoke and there is a guest bench outside. It had rained that day so my husband went in to ask for a towel (so he would not have to go to the third floor) to wipe the wet bench and the receptionist told him they don’t have outside towels and apologized. This was not acceptable for me as the bench is a part of the hotel and a towel can be washed.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Rooms were quiet. Great housekeeping services. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was delicious!! Great location, close to all activities. Shower had the best water pressure ever!!

I wish there were holders for the washcloths in the shower and that the shower curtain was wider. I felt like water was getting on the floor. On the ceiling you could see where the shower on the floor above us had leaked water.

I was able to be accommodated For 4th floor Suite; as expected!! The whole purpose of booking early reservations is too get what you are expecting... After arrival we were given room #225- however, I wasn't happy with that... After speaking with the hotel clerk she said she didn't fully understand my request and was able to make the necessary changes by exchanging the keys- providing room #422.

The hassle of having been on the road for hours.. And having to explain my reasons for wanting a top floor... After making early reservations - and making sure the room was paid in FULL before arrival!!! 🤨🤷

I like the location it's close by & convenient to wherever I want or need to go..Breakfast was ok..However, no turkey or chicken breakfast products are offered or available..Toppings for the instant oatmeal would be nice too! Ex..Cinnamon, craisins, brown sugar etc..

The pool was dirty it had human hair and bugs in it..The pool should be checked & cleaned more frequently
