The staff were exceptionally friendly from Ketan, Rohan, Tanvi, Nisha, Shub hashish, Joel, Pal and Harish. When a Hotel has such staff whom are customer centric they should be acknowledged and recognized by management. Apologies but I forgot the name of the breakfast ladies, they were equally awesome. Their friendly demenaour and warmth made our stay most comfortable especially with the manner in which they looked after my dad whom has a prosthetic leg. The secrutiy personnel gladly assisted to his needs of smoking without any fuss or delay. I was hesitant when I made the reservation on booking.com as pictures can be misleading but the Hotel has exceeded my expectation. They wee complimentary snacks from day 1 which is unusual and had the luxury of having an iron and ironing board in the room without the need to call reception!!! Well done to Ketan and team as they have the recipe for success!!!

The staff were amazing! Service with a smile! Ms. Khanna has got an amazing team and her efforts in building such a team shows. On the occasion when it seemed they were a little stretched, she and her management team were on the floor of the restaurant. That shows exceptional dedication!

There was nothing not to like. The only thing I can recommend the hotel to do is contribute towards the cleanliness outside (surroundings) of the hotel. Although not a direct responsibility but it will go a long way with the guests.

Excellent location, good accessibility, the most polite , helpful and accomodating staff I have ever come across. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. And the hotel was very generous with their complimentary snacks and packaged water for the whole stay. Me and my partner were visiting my family. We travelled from Australia for medical treatments as well . The staff was especially aware of this and were very kind in accomodating our special requests by personally taking responsibilities in making sure we were well looked after and comfortable. I am very grateful to them for their hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai.

The breakfast spread could use an upgrade. We didn’t enjoy the taste as much but it was still pretty good and had a good spread . The QR codes for room service were sometimes down but the team fixed them promptly. The smart TV had connectivity issues with casting Netflix when needed unfortunately. The rooftop bar wasn’t functional but I am sure it was underway.

Staff was remarkable. Mr. Girin Kohli who is in charge of the front office made this a truly exceptional stay and he helped make up for other members of the staff that weren’t so good. Overall would recommend the property for its location, room size and amenities in room.

Traffic outside the hotel and approach to the hotel was not great but that is also not within their control. Some of the facilities were not yet available (rooftop bar, only one on site restaurant etc.)

overall it’s a nice place, the food was good, the room was nice, staff was nice

probably as the hotel is new, there are still quite some hiccups. room wasn’t exactly clean - carpet not properly cleaned and bed sheet with orange stains; pool was only accessible through an emergency stairs and there was no way to buy anything by the pool. smoking was only possible behind the hotel in a covered area which was extremely hot and impossible to stay in, or in front of the reception which was noisy; either price needs to be lower and then these hiccups can be tolerated, or if the price remains - these need to be solved and prevented. In any case the staff was extremely nice and helpful at all times.

Stunning, modern decor. Comfortable and large rooms and bathrooms. The staff are impeccable and so attentive. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and such a vibe! Very near to the airport

Small lapses in cleaning like the stains on the carpet around the bed and the grime around the plug in the basin. There are also mainly expensive restaurants around the property

Firstly the hotel is beautiful, and the location is perfect for spending time in juhu, just a short walk to the beach. Very easy to reach all other areas of the city. The food was fantastic and very reasonable. But the real star of the whole experience were the staff. In the restaurant I have to give a special thank you to Vaibhav who was always kind and helpful every step of the way and to Govind for spending the time to talk to me and make me feel very welcome. I had some difficulties out in juhu with the ATM and I was instantly sent some one to help out. I cannot thank the team enough. A special thank you to Mahesh (chief security officer) and another gentleman (I'm sorry I dont have his name, he is from goa). And to the guys on the desk who facilitated my every need. Outstanding service and I will absolutely return.

- rooftop pool: closed way too early, at 7pm (that applies also to chillout space, that you could enjoy a lot over the night), glass shields not cleaned from bird marks, view from pool at the airport side - misleading room description (suggesting private pool, where it's only one commonly shared and not at your full disposal, on tight day schedule; as above)

The breakfast staff were very very helpful and friendly. The food was very good too. Anindita went out of her way to make our breakfast pleasant and looked after us well.

The smell of the paint - it was very strong, and both my daughters and my niece were feeling sick. The smell was coming through the vents into the corridors. I do understand that maintenance had to be done, it is a fairly new place. Next time maybe if a note is sent out to inform the guests to expect the strong smell- it would help.

Breakfast buffet was amazing with a very good spread! The staff was so courteous and accommodating of my needs like early check in and late check out. They were so empathetic and pleasant including the cleaning staff. Superb customer service! Was so worth the money. The king sized bedroom was also very spacious with a sofa lounge area. The bathroom was super! The room service and food was excellent as well. We ordered dal makhani and chicken fried rice.
