The things I liked the most during my stay were the breakfast because it had many options and it was not too expensive, the king sized bed that gave us a lot of room to sleep for both me and my boyfriend and I got to say and it maybe surprising but the hotel shampoo and body cream, but especially the shampoo that had no silicon in it. My scalp was very happy with it, my chevelure was shiny and bouncy and since that, I've been trying to purchase shampoo with no silicon in it, but I haven't quite found something that feel as good as the one I was using in the hotel room. Also, I want to say that the front desk manager that was doing day shift and speaking french was very responsive and accomodating. The first day, I told them that there was an issue with the shower door (and I've been working as a housekeeper in my younger years so I know it's not good for pre-usure + it can be a pain in the ass to walk into a bathroom with a floor full of water and clean the mess when you already have a lot on your plate) so anyway, the next day, someone was coming to fix it and we also got a free breakfast.

The mattress despite being quite big was a little too soft for my taste but I got to say I have a thoracic parade combined with snapping scapula and other joyful stuff that haven't gone away in the last tree years so it's always a trigger for me to find a mattress that I found THAT confortable. Otherwise, the gym section was a little smaller than I initially though but it is not a big issue since you are gonna walk a lot in a city like Rome and probably won't have that much juice left by the end of the day ;).

Location to Roma Termini is very convenient. Room was a good size , with a comfortable bed. I have stayed at this hotel each time I have been in Rome, and this visit met expectations.

We were a group of 6, and one couple were very unhappy with their room as it was under the air conditioning units, so was too noisy to sleep. They asked for a change and were charged an extra 60 euros for 3 nights to do so. Their room had a double bed, I think the room allocations had been mixed up as it transpired later that a single in the group had a queen bed. The drains in my room were not smelling too great. The staff on the roof top bar were not particularly attentive to guests.

The hotel’s proximity to the main train & bus terminal, which was great to help you get around Rome to get to all the fabulous sites. The hotel even had a fantastic map, which we used to mark off all the major sites 😃

Our only negative about this hotel was the breakfast, although you had plenty to choose from, we found the food that should have been hot was always lukewarm warm.

Location was great - modern hotel with great facilities. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the lady at the door was excellent.

The weather was very hot and the hotel offered water from large containers in reception, however, had to ask for glasses as all had been used and needed to ask for containers to be refilled etc. I was advised I would be informed when a delayed bag from airline arrived (it missed our connecting flight.) I had to look for it in luggage room as they didn't have any note of it being received and it was there. Lack of attention to these details was a little annoying but overall a really enjoyable stay.

Location was great, only a 5 minute walk from the train station and not uphill if you have heavy bags. About a 1.5km/15min walk to the Trevi Fountain which was good as there are lots of restaurants and shops along the way. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was the comfiest we slept in after a big month-long trip. Ended up having a big rest day in bed because it was so comfortable with a TV right there. The room was very clean and spacious with clean air-conditioning. Breakfast was great, lots of variety and friendly staff. We checked out early in the morning and the reception called a Taxi for us on the spot. We will definitely be staying here again if we return (24 year old couple).

Location was amazing. I came and left Rome by train. It’s two blocks from the Roma Termini station, no need to get a taxi. Also very close to 2 subway stations. It’s not in the touristic area, but it’s very close, 20min walk to the Fontana di Trevi and Colosseum, or 10min subway ride. Room was comfortable but not too big. It was okay for a couple with 2 big suitcases. Bathroom was clean and big. Breakfast was good too.

I stayed in a high floor and there was a problem with one of the elevators. So, for a few days, there were only one elevator for my floor which was very crowded. But that wasn’t a big deal.

Staff was very good. From the lady at the reception (check in was at 2PM, gave us the room at 10AM), till check out. Waiters at the breakfast also very polite and well trained. Breakfast was excellent, I highly recommend to take it. Location very good, walking distance to city centre and Termini. To Vatican 20 mins by bus (buses 40,64), to centre by walking (20-30min) or by metro (two stations to Spanish steps). Bed was comfortable as well.

One single thing - carpets. They are making really a lot of dust. Really a lot. Please change it, fully, for every room in hotel. Consequently, cleaning staff will spend less time preparing the rooms. Also, walls on the rooms need painting.

We arrived late in the evening but was greeted very well and given all the help we needed. The room was very clean and more than enough for us as a couple. Comfortable bed and air conditioning ..... Breakfast was great and catered for all tastes. Great roof top bar for the evening drink or food. The Hotel was 20 minute walk from the colosseum,Trevi Fountain, Forum and 25 from Spanish steps. A few minutes from the Metro which is a great way to get to the sites too..

If I have to find anything I didnt like it was the TV in the room. We didnt spend a huge amount of time in our room but there was no channels for English Guests.

The staff of all level were professional and friendly. We felt so welcome here. The location is easy short walk from Roma Terminal that the plus for us. We got 2 beds nice airy and surprisingly big room. I loved room with windows that we occasionally open to let the fresh air in. Breakfast is good and with variety of choices. I absolutely will return to stay here if I come back to Rome.

Central heat and air conditioner. It was too warm for my friend and I and the air conditioner was not really cool as the temperature say. We got lucky to have windows that we opened to let the cold air outside in.

The room size was adequate for one person and one night. I booked a double room with a French bed and asked for an upgrade and I was given a room with a large balcony which would have been nice to enjoy if I’d stayed longer. It was close to the train station and walking distance to Trevi Fountain. Breakfast had a good variety. Internet was a good speed.

I have no real complaints except the room could have been bigger so you didn’t need to walk around the suitcase to get to the bathroom.
