Karolina from the front desk very very professional nice and smiling. At Check In you could feel that she welcomed us with joy. A great feeling of care for the guest. As for me the General Manager should give Karolina very good chocolates because her service is wonderful. Thank you once again. Raja also contacted us after a while when we arrived in the room if everything was ok we had a request and two glasses of wine and we received it immediately. Hotel clean very nice staff. Well Done 😘

Breakfast wasn't the worst but could be better I had the impression that the sausages weren't quite what they should be. But overall it's ok.

This hotel is 3 minutes walk from the Luton DART service that takes you into Luton Airport and costs £4.90 (June 2024) per person. This made the start of our holiday very relaxed and not rushed. The room was spacious, quiet, relaxing and had an excellent shower. The reception staff kept our medication in the fridge and was a simple process to get it back the following morning. As we left at 04.30 we had a breakfast bag which was really good.

The reception staff could be a bit more welcoming and come across 'happier' - they're the 1st people we meet at the hotel and you only get 1 chance to make a 1st impression.

Hotel was very convenient for the airport - a short walk away. It has a very friendly vibe with lots of travellers sitting around and a small bar. Staff very friendly. The room was very comfortable - we had the best nights sleep! The sound insulation was phenomenal - you could barely hear planes and though we were only a couple of doors from the reception, could hear nothing. We were impressed - would definitely stay again if we were using this airport.

Breakfast was ok..but thats about all. Room for improvement.

Nice courteous welcome from reception on check in, smooth and simple. Great location for Luton Parkway and shuttle to or from Airport. Comfortable if slightly dated room. Reasonable value for money and having previously stayed at Holiday Inn Express this was a far better experience. Decent breakfast availed early with good selection. Overall very happy.

For an Airport hotel main meals cease at 2130 hour's. Not good. Dated decorating and furnishings in bar area. Bit jaded looking but did not detract from stay.

What a convenient location! This hotel is located right next to the DART shuttle to Luton Airport. When you exit the train at Luton Airport Parkway station, you need to go upstairs towards the shuttle. When you pass the train ticket machines check out, turn left instead of going straight towards the shuttle, go downstairs, cross the road and that's it. It takes around two minutes to reach DART shuttle from the hotel. The staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfy. It saved my journey home.

Perfect location to get from Luton airport either using Luton Dart shuttle service or by car. Hotel is literally next door to the train station. Same station can be used to get to London st.Pancras station. Rooms are clean, staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet got plenty of choice of continental as well as cooked hot food. There is also 24/7 hot food available on request at the restaurant/lobby area. There is a gym facility that I might use another time. Definitely will use it again on my next trip should it be via Luton airport.

Little more clarification about the car park charges would be helpful. Charge was aded to the total bill but then was showing as an additional payment (as pending) on the bank statement. Member of staff however replied very quickly and explained it when I sent my enquiry message. But could be avoided as I have asked about the charges whilst was at the hotel and was reassured that I only need to pay once. Minor communication thing.

The staff were so kind- the man at the front desk brought me extra soy milk because I mentioned on my booking that I was vegan. Breakfast was nice and vegan friendly, staff there were friendly too. Also NB. to anyone coming from the airport- the walk to the hotel is fairly long and very difficult with suitcases. Pavement bumpy and in the hedges, other parts literally double parked by cars so I had to walk uphill on the road. BUT the hotel is literally right next to the train station which was perfect for me to get the train in the morning since I am not a morning person! I definitely preferred to make that walk when I wasn't rushing for a train rather than in a rush in the morning. So it was perfect for me.

Only unfortunate thing was that the sofa bed was made into a bed when it was just me staying in the room. It would've been nice to sit on the sofa but that's not a big issue at all.

We were a family of 5 split over 2 rooms. We checked in late night and it was very easy. Staff were helpful and got us a cot bed on request. Breakfast is very good, lots of choice and fresh. Its next to the dart so its very easy for the airport. This is our third time staying here. The car rental is also in the hotel so its very handy.

They brought a cot but didn't have bedding which I thought was odd. They went and got us a single duvet and sheet which worked fine. But be sure to ask if you request a cot.

I arrived at the hotel after midnight due to a late night flight, the receptionist on desk at the time was very friendly & very professional, the room was very spacious, comfortable & facilitated as you'd expect most hotels should be, breakfast had a good spread especially with the make your own waffle station, full English spread, pastries, bread & selections of meat & cheeses

there wasn't too much to fuss about, maybe a mini fridge would be helpful but not again not too much to complain about

Breakfast bag was a lovely touch, which was offered when I checked in and mentioned that I had an early departure. I thought it might be tricky to provide gluten free options last minute but you delivered. Gluten free brioche, juice box and fruit. I was able to have a quick coffee before leaving, prepared for me by the duty manager. Great service, all the staff I spoke with at the hotel were friendly and efficient. Nice shower and comfy bed. Very convenient for the Luton Dart airport shuttle.
