Close to the Jewel and Terminal 3. We departed from terminal 3 and it was so convenient. The ability to quickly go to the Jewel is a bonus. Customer service was excellent. Breakfast buffet was good.

There was a musky, wet and damp smell on the Jewel side room floor location 767 when we checked in. Complained via message here on booking to the resort but no response. You can slightly smell the “dankness” in our room but I was so tired it didn’t matter. We checked out early at 9 AM and the hall way on floor 7 wasn’t as bad than the previous evening but it was still noticeable. I can’t believe there wasn’t a coffee maker inside the room for this price. Unacceptable period.

Stayed one night and absolutely loved it. Expensive stay but if you're looking to be close to the airport and convenience to all terminals for flights then this place is it. Amazing breakfast!! Best hotel breakfast my family and I have had. Very clean and staff were all lovely. Caught the skytrain from terminal 1 to get to the hotel (T3). Had two rooms which were connected, perfect for my family of 4. Beds were comfortable. Had a beautiful window view of the plane tarmac and watched planes come in and take off. Enjoyed the pool and gym. Overall an amazing stay.

Bathroom needed a bit of work as shower hose was leaking and shower door rack was broken. Small things that didn't impact the stay but worth noting for the hotel to fix this in room 702.

Five minute walk to the Hotel from the airport. It's very handy for an overnight stay to the shopping centre for restaurants, and the must-see Singapore 'Jewel' and anything else you need without the need for a taxi. The staff are very nice and the restaurant in the hotel is quite nice as well.

It's a little bit hard to find. The shopping centre from the airport terminal wraps around the Jewel, which is in the centre and it's massive. The hotel is not well signed posted, so it could take a bit to find the walkway down to the lobby. .

I overnighted here whilst in transit back to the UK from Australia, we were tired and this is the closest hotel to the terminals. I had stayed in the Crowne Plaza before during COVID and found the hotel was very good regarding it's high standards for room comfort. The air conditioning is exceptional here compared to other hotels located in hot climates

There's construction work going on in the main restaurant, the eating area is now spread over a few hotel meeting rooms. It's a little chaotic during breakfast. There was an advance warning from the hotel outlining this before we arrived.

well place just outside passport control at Terminal 3, so please note you will need to clear immigration to be able to get to this hotel and complete a pre arrival form it will take 30 mins by taxi to get into the centre of Singapore, so this hotel is good for short stopovers

I arrived in the middle of the night around 2am and they allowed me late check out. once checked out I could still use the pool facilities and store my bags. It made an otherwise awkward connecting flight schedule an enjoyable and relaxing experience to finish my holiday on a high.

All the comfort that you would expect from a top-price hotel are present. Spacious room, large desk to work, impeccable bathroom, good quality amenities. This airport hotel adjacent to Termina 3 is easily accessible form all terminals without the need of taxi or shuttle. You can literally walk from the plane to the hotel.

The waiting time at check in. I arrived at 8 pm, there was a long queue and only to (very friendly and efficient) hotel staff to take care of check-in. However, there is an online automated check-in option. The lighting of all the public areas of the hotel are very dim, coming from the airport you feel like getting into a night club.

We love everything about this hotel… the location, the facilities, the staff… from check in to check out the staff all go above and beyond… our express laundry was done in record time and delivered with such a beautiful smile, the food service to the room was scrumptious, the check out seamless. Raymond in the Club Lounge always provides exceptional service and is extremely attentive to everyones needs. We met Raymond the last time we stayed and we so enjoyed meeting him again!! He is such a brilliant host!! Thankyou so much also to the Guest Recognition team who arranged an arrival birthday cake for my daughter it was such a lovely gesture and the cake was so yummy!!

Fabulous large rooms that were exceptionally clean. I was upgraded to a room overlooking the runway so totally private and yet quiet. Staff very pleasant and attentive. Lovely breakfast and plenty of it. Extremely convenient location for both sightseeing and catching early morning flights. I also arrived early evening so it was very pleasant not to have to travel after my flight to reach the hotel.

The breakfast didn’t start until 6.30am which surprised me for an airport hotel. We had an early morning flight and could only get ‘cold breakfast’ because the restaurant wasn’t open early enough. I’m not fussy about what coffee I drink but their coffee came out of a machine and was really poor which surprised me for a 5 star hotel who no doubt have a lot o& business men stay with them!

We were transiting back to Australia from a previous short stay in Singapore followed by spending weeks in the Philippines. Because we now have our daughter traveling with us in the last 6 years, we have been staying overnight at the Crowne Plaza Changi for a comfortable sleep before catching our flight the next day. We love the location of the hotel; the clean, spacious and comfortable rooms; the comfortable beds; we also love the bathrooms and all the amenities in the room. My 6 year old absolutely loved the view from our room - airplanes taxiing on the runway! We haven't been back to the Crowne Plaza Changi since the pandemic and we loved the new look of the Allora Restaurant. Over-all, it's a very comfortable and convenient option for weary travelers.

It's a minor issue but it would have been good to have exhaust fans in the bathroom.
