Staff was really friendly, room was comfortable and the amenities as expected. Big plus for being able to easily open the window shutters (to have more light). Air con is easy to use to get rid of humidity and the bathroom with a separate shower well appreciated. Neighborhood has plenty of food options as well as two MRT stations not far (Paya Lebar and Eunos). Happy with my choice.

Overall cleanliness might be better when getting the room for the first time (though the fact that it can be made up daily is a good point).

The hotel is a little gem in a quiet part of Singapore. I am so glad I booked here because for a very reasonable price the room was quite spacious and comfortable compared to other hotels closer to the city. The bed was firm and great for sleeping. The bathroom is modern, very clean and well designed. Tea and coffee supplied and good sized coffee mugs that all enhances the experience. Plenty of food and coffee places and an interesting.mix of suburban mall and specialty shops made the morning walk enjoyable. Close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and professional.

The housekeeper uncle that I forgot the name but sounds like hanif, im not sure, 😁✌️did an outstanding job. They clean the room everyday even without asking. Amenities were replenished daily like water, toilet paper, coffee and tea, toothbrush set etc.. The smell at the lobby was really nice and there's sanitizers everywhere. Location too is great coz it's accessible and there are lots of food establishments around. Including malls. Overall it was great all staff were friendly. And we are planning to stay again on our next holiday 😊😊

Didn't really dislike but I hope that they can replace their wall papers inside the room just to look nicer. It's stained and a bit torn already. But it didn't affect our stay. It's just for the hotel to become more presentable.

The location was outstanding. It was an easy 4 block walk to the SMRT Station and PLQ mall. All the food vendors you could ever imagine. Since I was there for the F1 race it was a simple 10 minute ride to the Marina Bay track. Singapore is blessed with a fantastic bus and rail system, at an extremely low cost.

I only wish that they offered a Breakfast Buffet, that would make the Champion Hotel 5 Star in my book.

Decent little place for a short stay. Clean and nice but nothing special. There’s some nice cafes and restaurants nearby - they’re expensive though, be warned. There’s also a hawker centre closeby.

Location wasn’t that great. It was ok for our short stay but I wouldn’t stay longer, nothing much happening in this area. Also the shower door slams shut super loudly.

Hotel is close to public transport. There is a variety of food and cuisines within walking distance. Staff very helpful and friendly, especially the cleaning staff.

Pillows were a little too hard for my family's comfort. One room was slightly run down, needs minor repairs. Mini fridge in other room was warm, water did not cool down at all.

1. The room is big considering Singapore standards. They also do housekeeping, upon request. 2. The staffs are friendly. 3. The hotel is near the airport, which is quite convenient when traveling in the wee hours. 4. There are a lot of food options around the area. There is a grocery store nearby. There are fast food and coffee shops nearby - there is Burger King and Starbucks; and at the MRT station (Paya Lebar), there is McDonald's, Jollibee, JCo, 4 Fingers, etc. 5. The hotel is not that near the MRT station but also not that far - just a good walk. The bus station is nearer than the MRT station.

1. Would have loved if they won't charge an extra fee for early check-in (at a reasonable time). This is the second time I stayed at this hotel - they did not charge the first time. 2. Would have loved if there are more pillows. 3. The bathroom in the first room I have stayed in was bigger than the one I stayed in at this time. I guess the glass in the shower also needs a little maintenance. 4. Would have loved a stopper for the room so that it would not bang that loud when you don't support it when closing the door.

Location: the hotel is situated in a growing area of Singapore, there are bars and interesting restaurants around. Room is decent!

We arrived a couple of hours earlier and we were asked if we wanted to pay for early check-in. If the room is ready, come on, just give it to your guests. I understand late checkout pay, that complicates the whole cleaning process, but early check in is a bit of a joke in my opinion. Otherwise all cool.

the location. there were a couple of bus stops near the hotel and it was easy to access anywhere in sg. had to walk 10mins or so from the hotel to Paya Laber MRT st but I didn’t bother at all.

the towel was Nice and soft, but it had a lot of tiny fibers that stuck on my skin. That was a bit troublesome especially when i applied moisturizer on my skin.

We were greeted by the pleasant fragrant smell from the lobby. It sets the right relaxed mood which we want upon checking-in. The room is basic but the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom exceed our expectation. The bathroom floor and the wall are clean and well-scrubbed and maintained. We requested for iron and board and our request was promptly looked into. My elderly mother enjoyed the stay at the hotel not only because of the above reasons but also because of the hotel location- Joo Chiat Complex and Geylang Serai food centre.
