We booked this hotel super last minute due to an issue with a dodgy Airbnb. We were really grateful it was available as it was SO much better! The location is great, really close to the lake and old town. Room was nice and clean with aircon which was great in the 34 degree heat. Bed was very big and room was a good size. Bathroom was good with great shower. Staff were super friendly. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.

It is a tiny bit dated but still clean. A bit basic for the price.

It was well located (10 min walk from train and 10 from old town and lake)and the staff were helpful. It was very clean. Room was decent size. They give you a notepad and pencil -quite useful!

No fridge or kettle. I did read that only two rooms were without. Whilst it was good to have nice windows, the view was into opposite apartments.

Staff very helpful and location excellent. I enjoyed the breakfasts. The bed was comfortable and there was a great shower. My friend joined me on the last night and housekeeping separated the bed to twins for us; nothing was too much trouble. The room was ideal for 1 person (2 if a short stay) but I knew this when I booked. Would definitely stay here again.

Very hot in Annecy, so a fan or air con overnight would have been ideal.

Room was nice and was cleaned daily, We stayed for 5 days.. It was a pretty small room though and the fridge was tiny as well. Typical European accommodations though.

I wish they had parking closer, in a better location AND it was included in the cost. Parking is 3 blocks away (about a 5 minute walk) and its in a weird location that you have to open a large gate then drive up a tiny ramp with a curb that sticks way out. And they charge you 7 euro a day for this.

This hotel is in a great location and an affordable option for single Backpackers or couples. It's a 7-minute walk to the bus terminal, and also a short walk to the lake, the main grocery store, and old Town Annecy. Also has good shower pressure and optional breakfast.

It's on a small street, and a little bit tricky to find at first. Additionally, the rooms are pretty small and the bed is average on comfort.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. My room was beautiful and exactly like the photos - red accents, very clean and I had a lovely view of the street and mountain in the background. I would come back any time. I chose this hotel on the basis of so many positive reviews and I can attest in the two nights I stayed I’m glad I listened to them. It’s not far away from Lac d’Annecy or old Annecy. Plus I wheeled my suitcase from Gare du Annecy (I believe there is a bus). You won’t regret staying here!

This is a general comment for all hotels really. I’m a big believer in recycling and hate that waste is all in one bin. so I’d love to see recycle bins to seperate waste, whether it be in the room or a central spot on the floors or lobby perhaps. I’d suggest talking to your green-minded staff, especially housekeeping staff who could perhaps formulate solutions that won’t impinge on creating extra work for them. I like that you encourage not to have fresh towels every day but sorting waste for recycling would be even more environmentally friendly (especially if there is organic waste for compost.)

We were late arriving (approx 2300) but the receptionist was very welcoming. Gave us all the information we could need and was able to answer all our questions. The room, and hotel in general, was very clean and up to date. The bed was very comfortable, and in a great location of Annecy. Maybe no view of the lake, but literally a two minute walk from it, so can not complain. And all for a great price. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Annecy.

There was a little damage to the ceiling in the bathroom, above the bath, I'm presuming from moisture as there didn't seem to be great ventilation. Could have also been due to the hotel standing isolated for so long from lockdown but it really wasn't a bother.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable room, friendly staff and great location. Good breakfast too.

Not enough plug sockets (medical equipment needed to be plugged in next to bed) and no coffee/tea making facilities in room.

Excellent service, they are doing everything to make you feel great, the hotel very clean and tidy,the food is generously provided . Great location.

the reception staff were lovely, and filled our water bottles uncomplainingly every day quiet location, and we could walk to the Old Town and the lake easily enough
