The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the management really friendly. You could not find a better location in the heart of the old town of Annecy. There is the underground car park of St Claire right next to it, so it is perfect if you travel by car. The studio we stayed in was amazing, and the attention to detail was exceptional. We had a cute little kitchen, an eating area, and the bed could be adjusted to different positions. The mattress was so comfortable.The bathroom had a hammam and a fantastic shower. We had a delicious breakfast delivered to our door in a basket. Even though it was in the heart of the old town, it was very well insulated and quiet in our room. There are lots of restaurants, bars and cafés all around. Highly recommend this stunning hotel.

The location is absolutely fantastic, in the middle of the city centre, close to everything you might want to see in Annecy! The staff (from the restaurant) was super nice and showed us the apartment. There is a parking garage only a few meters away where you can safely park your car. We also enjoyed the sweet French breakfast that was delivered to our doorstep. A highlight was the spa shower with a turkish sauna. The room is was equipped with a kitchenette, dishwasher and coffee machine, which added to the experience. Although it is right in the city centre the walls are isolated well. The AC works great.

Unfortunately our room was not as clean as a five star hotel room should be, maybe it hadn't been used for a while. There were many traces of usage on the furniture (the bed linen had a hole and stains and the cushions were fringed on the edges). The cupboards and dishes were not really clean either which we think can be expected in a five star location. We enjoyed our stay nevertheless, because we had booked the stay with a reduced price.

Very good location, short walk down from the train station and close to everything. Welcomed by the hosts as soon as we arrived, both were very friendly and always available if we needed anything. Located in a busy area but didn’t hear any noise from our room, perhaps due to our room being located at the back of the property away from the street. We stayed on a Sunday and Monday night. You don’t need to bring anything, everything is supplied for you just bring yourself. Nice little touches that a hotel does not offer.

A very comfortable studio apartment. There is a compact kitchen with which you can prepare everything. Dining area with a good coffee machine. Excellent location in the pedestrian zone of the city. The owner Peter was very nice. Ready to help and assist. He has a good cafe there. Very close to the lake surrounded by restaurants, pubs. We had a lot of fun. We will return there. Very good spacious shower with sauna. Large wide electric bed. There is Apple TV

Far smaller than expected from photos, smoke alarm hanging from ceiling, toilet brush needs replacing, being asked to pay a breakages deposit, dark shower (mood lighting ineffective)

Well equipped, quality fixtures and fittings, lovely breakfast, great welcome. Very nicely situated in old town, right next to the clock tower (not in use). Shower was amazing!! I

Bed was a bit too firm but that is personal preference. It was also a little stuffy but we couldn't seem to turn the temperature down but that was probably us not working things out!

Great apartment in a wonderful location, just in the middle of Annecy square. 5-7 minutes walk from the train/bus station. The owner welcomed us himself at 8:30 pm and explained everything about this amazing apartment like the Turkish Bath and the wood-fire place in the living room. Don’t miss trying out their hot chocolate drink which they prepare at the hotel’s restaurant. I’ll definitely come back!

The location s absolutely fabulous and so is room/small apartment with kitchen facilities, and a eating nook. We enjoyed the special and thoughtful touches in the accommodation. Breakfast was delicious downstairs in the square.

Excellent room in the heart Annecy. Private hamam experience was a great touch. Complimentary coffee with great views and incredible breakfast basket delivered to our doorstep.
