The price of this hotel in very expensive city of Monaco (although not exactly in monaco , it is a few step away) is commendable. I am sure that during the summer the price will change but in Monaco hotels are expensive even during winter, and for ordinal people like myself, I appreciate a lot that there is a hotel like this of which the price is reasonable and that has a good standard in quality. It is old fashion type of hotel so the room is not plasticky, it was quite spacious and clean, there is a proper desk, working wifi, and if I remeber correctly there is a fridge as well. The bathroom was quite big. The price include breakfast. Near the train station, the staffs are friendly.

The hotel is close to the monaco railway station, but to go to the hotel, you have to climb the slope for 2-3 min so for someone with a big luggage and on foot, it can be a bit of hardship even if it is short distance. And if there were a tea and coffee maker in a room it would be perfect for me.

This hotel is a great option for someone who wants to explore Monaco on a budget! The room was large and clean with nice features like a fridge and TV. I found the early 2pm check-in ideal after a long day of traveling. It was great for me as a solo traveller but would also be perfect for couples. The best part is the roof terrace with stunning panoramic views of Monaco including the marina. Apart from the hill, it is relatively easy access into Monaco. A lift takes you 14 floors down into the station and from there it's a walk along the platform to the exit on the other side and your right there down at turn 1 of the grand prix circuit!

For the not so good parts, the breakfast was limited in choice, I just ended up having cereal and a small pastry every morning with the only cooked option being a boiled egg. Also, even though most reviews mention the easy access into Monaco, it's definitely worth noting that there is a short but very steep hill just before reaching the hotel entrance which would be difficult for mobility challenged people.

The location of the hotel was great! It was about 5 minutes walking to the train station. It was was very convenient for me to locate on the day I arrived, as it was 4 minutes walking from where the bus I took from Nice Airport stopped me. The breakfast was adequate enough. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had dinner every night at the hotel restaurant, and I must commend the chef. The food was delicious.

The room was outdated and could do with some refurbishing. The toilet needed toiletries like lotion, shampoo and conditioners. The room lacked tea or coffee making facilities.

Great hotel. Quick walk to F1 circuit, casino square, and beaches. Supermarket(Carefour), pizzeria(Mr Pizza), and news outlet located within 1min walk.Safe area. We'll equip rooms. Friendly staff. They have a storage area to keep your luggage in the lobby so you don't have to walk around with it.Monaco streets are incredibly steep. 🇿🇦 Reiners family 🇿🇦

Parking is a gamble. You might get one close to the hotel, but it's not a given. Not at all the hotels' responsibility. We used a public parking space 1.2km away. It was the only one available at the time.

Because their elevator wasn't working when we arrived, they upgraded our room to a suite with a beautiful view of Monte Carlo. The staff were accommodating. Helpful with our luggage. They ordered up our taxi upon our departure. Included breakfast was just ordinary, so so.

We ate at their restaurant for our dinner the night that we arrived. We ordered the steak with gorgonzala sauce. The sauce was tasty but salty. The steak was gristled and very chewy. We ordered the salad with our meal. It was a bowl of iceberg lettuce, nothing else. No tomatoes, no onions, etc. For this I paid over $44.00. Very dissatisfied. At check out I commented on the dinner but the person on staff at the time of our departure ( 5:15 am ) couldn't do anything about it.

The room and bathroom were very good. Clean, spacious, very comfortable. The rooftop had incredible views over the principality, definitely matched the pics. The buffet breakfast, while not the best ever, had variety and was pretty satisfactory. Location close to the train station was convenient (beware the steep road on the way there, though).

Checking in felt a bit as a chore for the staff. Was given a paper form to fill in while the person was on the phone; no info was volunteered, I had to ask everything. The room's window offered no view and almost no natural light. The fridge and tv were not working, but I also didn't ask to fix, could've been something unplugged.

loved the location and the rooftop terrace, very lovely views down into Monaco harbour. we found the beds comfy and breakfast was just a standard European breakfast but was perfect for us.

didn’t like that one of the properly policies was that I had to check in before 6pm otherwise my room may be re-sold. even though I messaged the hotel after booking that I wouldn’t be there until later due to my flight times, they just said they’d take note of my late arrival however I still felt as though I had to rush from the airport to the hotel to be sure I still had a room.

excellent position literally a few steps from Monaco…but then A LOT of steps down into Monaco, and back again, so prepare for some walking! hotel very clean and comfortable, breakfast included and if you are lucky parking right outside! there are limited spaces but all are metered so if you time it right you can park for around 15e per day ( you need to monitor it, but it’s possible). Monaco not as expensive as it seems IF you avoid anything that overlooks the harbour! like anywhere , a few streets back is cheaper. be aware very few places to eat near the hotel ( in beausoleil) Has small bar, and a roof terrace on 5 floor which gives great views over the town.

no balcony on room but has roof terrace to sit outside.

Property was nothing great but was not bad either. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path but close to the main train station and from there you are right near the docks. The hotel is situated in a nice safe neighborhood. For the price the hotel charges, it is a perfect stay! Its not the Ritz but it gets the job done!

Breakfast was not a high-quality. It was not bad, just not a full-fledged affair.
