Our triple room, albeit small, was exactly as in the pictures, and we had a balcony with views of Mt Blanc. Our 2 dogs were accepted, and our room was quiet, even though facing the main road. The bathroom was modern, and there was an electric kettle in the room. They offer the Chamonix la-carte-d-hote, which offers free public transportation and some discounts. They had parking in front and behind, and the bus stop is right across on the main road. We had no problem traveling around by public transportation to and from this place. Rooms are cleaned daily, and they had a free spa/ sauna/ jacuizzi for hotel guests that our senior mother enjoyed after tiring days out.

We had to specifically ask for the Chamonix la-carte-d-hote, and there was no bedside table for the 3rd bed but otherwise nothing.

An amazing hotel. Very reasonably priced. The owners were friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and went in to ask if we could park the car and was told that our room was ready and because the hotel wasn’t full our room had been upgraded and we were welcome to use all of the hotels facilities including the spa. The owner gave us really good advice about public transport and about walks around the area. We were given a free drink after dinner. It was just a perfect last minute stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book here again when we’re next in the area. Just fabulous.

Great staff with a fantastic restaurant. The breakfast was really nice too. The location is great for bus access and the town of Les Houches is not too busy. Skiing was also great with a good choice of levels for families. Also some lovely walks nearby.

The room was smaller than I imagined but it was really warm and comfortable with a fantastic view from the balcony. But we did have an extra person staying one night so we hoped for more space. The cleaning staff were great and arranged the extra bed. Great service

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and have an excellent acoustic insulation against the noise from the street. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very nice. The view on the Mont-blanc was breathtaking.

In the room, there were only connectors near the bed. One or two somewhere else in the room and near the desk would be very practical.

Hotel Team & facilities were brilliant. Relevant to the price point & this is not a negative at all. could not fault anything. Ate in the restaurant twice and it was brilliant. Bus stop right outside with easy links to the whole of resort for free. supermarket 2 minutes walk away too. Brilliant - could not fault it

Absolutely friendly and helpful owners of the hotel. Nice location, close to supermarket and couple of restaurants. I also recommend to book a table for dinner at the hotel's pizzeria restaurant.

The soundproof is very poor. We literally heard our neighbors like they were in our room. The mattress in our double room was quite old and uncomfortable. We also stayed for 1 night at the room for 3 people, the matrasses there were much better.

This was the perfect place to stay before we set out on our hiking journey. The owner was so helpful and friendly. It was well located and very clean. We had a three single bed room and the beds were ver comfortable, the shower was nice and hot. There is a sauna and a restaurant as well as being about 10am walk from a grocery store.

Nothing, it was perfect for us.

The owner of property was very nice helpful great staff great location easy to train and bus and we get free train ticket from hotel for all stay we come for one night then we stay for two more days definitely we come back .

owner was friendly and extremely accommodating. we slept there the night before our TMB trip, was able to leave my car there free of charge and came back to a room upgrade when we finished the TMB. loved this place. the bathrooms are extremely nice and clean which was awesome after hiking and camping for 10 days.

Lovely and exceptionally clean room! Was so nice to come back to after a day on the slopes, with the bonus of the hot tub that we could use at our leisure! Lovely staff and owners. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Maybe a little more choice at breakfast is my only complaint (but what was there was delicious!)
