The location, plenty of parking, very nice lounge and outside area. Staff very helpful. Good coffee. Great views. Comfortable beds. Hot showers.

Breakfast average at a very high price. I paid less for a much better breakfast in Switzerland. Very outdated rooms, ceiling tiles half fallen, lots of loose ones, signs of leaks on the ceiling, horrible doors, old beds, worn down uncomfortable chairs. The balcony woodwork not maintained, my son had 4 splinters in his hand from touching the balcony handrail just once. This place is in great need for a massive revamp, the pictures are not a true reflection of the reality and it is a great contrast with the great comfort of the lounge spaces.....

Absolutely stunning location overlooking Mont Blanc. I recommend paying the extra for a balcony and Mont Blanc facing room. I didn't initially but was fortunate to upgrade to one and its definitely worth it. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lady who checked us in was brilliant and couldn't be more helpful. The interior is cosy with a number of small 'lounges' which are nicely decorated. Outside there are a variety of seating areas with views of the mountain. Breakfast and dinner is served on the terrace, weather permitting. Our room was a family room with a large double bed and two generous single bunk beds. Dinner was really nice and breakfast is a buffet style with the largest croissants and pain au chocolat I've seen. Packed lunches can also be provided on request. Overall a magical experience and I will definitely be looking to go back one day.

Nothing at all

The property is little far away from the center but has an amazing view of mountain range. I would stay there any day to get this view. The property is close to a train station that takes you to the city center and I would always advise to take the train - it’s free and puts you right at the center of all actions.

The people at reception were okay. Didn’t offer much information and we had to extract it from them and this may be just because we didn’t speak French and English wasn’t their first language. In the restaurant- they should have more options, especially because they are away from the center. We were a vegetarian family and there were no options at all.

The view was stunning -- balcony facing the mountains. The cleanliness and heating system of the room was great, The shower was also very good, hot or cold according to your needs. The meals were an excellent service to have (and it not being obligatory was also good). The staff was also very empathic and respectful. The room was not big, but more than enough for everything we needed.

Firstly, we couldn't change how hot the room was, there were no valves in the heaters. In addition to that, some information one person of the staff gave us was later denied by others which almost made us lose an important bus. Oh, and the hotel is a bit far from where the trains and buses stop, so if you don't have a car you'll have to walk 10~15 minutes to get to and from the hotel.

The view from the room was amazing - Alps are simply wow! The place was very clean and functional, perfect as a base for hiking. Meals were good.

The system for dinner was reservation only but with a cut off time we didn't understand. We tried to get something to eat and the answer was "no go to town" we were between seasons so most of town was closed. We found a place a long way away but it would have been nice to have been offered something like bread and cheese as an alternative if we missed the reservation

Amazing location. View from the hotel is breathtaking. The staff of the hotel very friendly. Restaurant of the hotel with stunning views and French village atmosphere. If you want a kettle in the room, ask at reception and it's not a problem. Convenient and spacious private parking.

Hotel requires renewal. Slow elevator and only reaches 4th floor. If you are on the 5th floor ( In the rooms with the most beautiful views ) be prepared to walk up one floor.

The view from the hotel was beautiful. We had a four person room with a large balcony, but all rooms with views facing Mont Blanc would enjoy the same view. Lots of outdoor spaces to sit and have a drink from the bar on site. The daily changing two or three course menus for dinner were lovely. The staff all spoke perfect English and were incredibly kind and helpful.

The lack of air conditioning is just a thing you have to get used to in Europe, but on hot days, the room does get warm and fans would be nice to have in the rooms. The evenings cooled down so at least sleeping was comfortable.

The hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms however some of the facilities are worn down and some renovation is needed

The staff was amazing, supportive and accommodating, thank you all for your utmost service. One day the nice guy suggested my kids slide boards to enjoy the snow without a charge but just to have fun. It meant a lot to me to see how they care about their customers to keep them happy and have fun. thank you for that. The room was clean, the view was incredibly stunning and direct on Mont Blanc as requested when booking.

The staff was amazing as well as the common areas. The bedding was comfortable.

The amenties wete extremely basic, cleaning was superficial, rooms wete small. The hotel location was far from everything, bus stop, train station, any shop. It was a hassle to get on the shuttle as the hours were limited
