The room was a good size with a small kitchen area and a good sized bathroom. I arrived 2 hours before check in time but the reception staff allowed me to check in early which was nice. The location is okay as long as you are aware that you will need to take a train or bus to go to the tourist areas near the vieux port. The hotel and the area was quiet for the 2 nights that I was there. I stayed in this location because I have been to Marseille a few times in the past so I felt that I didn't really need to be close to the tourist attractions. Overall I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and I would not have any problem in booking it again the next time that I visit Marseille.

The plumbing for the toilet is a bit dated. It takes almost 10 minutes! to refill the cistern after the toilet has been flushed which does not help in maintaining the cleanliness of the toilet when the room is occupied. Also the hotel gate is locked at 9pm so you have to buzz the reception to let you in if you arrive back at the hotel after 9pm. The receptionist said it would not be a problem and I did not stay out beyond 9pm to experience coming back to a locked gate, but I personally think that 9pm is quite early. It would probably help if they had an electronic card lock for the front gate and included access for the gate with the key cards for the rooms that are given to guests.

The staff were really nice and friendly, administrator proposed directly parking, even we didn’t book. Plus we were lost a bit and she navigated us very well. the room was clean, comfortable and cozy. we could rest after long road, we didn’t hear any noise and the smell was fresh.

Location is not in a center, but for us it was not so important. near was the tram line and by car it’s just 10-15 mins max.

I was afraid the first time bec we thought that it wasn’t really a good place to stay due to the reviews but it surprised me & we actually had a very good stay. It was close to the metro (10 mins walk) and the tram (5 mins walk) and it has a closeby mini market that almost everything is there already. With its price, definitely worth the stay! Will consider coming back ⭐️

The personel was very helpful, the location is good. There are constructions going on but it didn't bother me even though I'm quite easily bothered by sound. The appartment is comfy. :)

I had an incident with a guy ringing at my door in the middle of the night twice in a row and the guard was easily reached by phone and intervened (I don't quite know why there is a ring at each door though). I also missed a bit bigger cups and a better knife.

The rooms were big , comfortable beds, good size bathroom and great shower, clean. It isn't that close to the center or the cool Marseille neighborhoods but the subway is less than 10 mins away and the tram less than 5 mins away. Also has a lot of supermarkets close by, check out this sushi place really close by called gold sushi

The neighborhood wasn't that pretty, the room had a weird noise every 10 mins that was very annoying we had to sleep with earplugs

The proximity to central places like old port and restaurants along the sea

The shower walls were not tight enough to prevent water from spilling out. Breakfast was not a lot, would recommend cooking in the room or eating else where.

Staff were so smiley and helpful! They all did their best to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

Noisy neighbours (couple nearby were shouting and slamming doors at 3.00am)

the location is okay, walk for 5 minutes and there's a bus stop taking you to the city center the TV is working, there's a small kitchen inside the room everything looks fine

The room was very well equipped. We had air conditioning, a small refrigerator, a small dishwasher and basic cooking and cleaning supplies. A water fountain at the entrance was a good addition.

The location could've been a bit more to the center. It wasn't always easy to get back around midnight.
