Excellent value for money at this centrally located hotel. The twin bedded room was more than adequate for the short stay, clean and comfortable. It was located at the front with a small balcony. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful.

The room ensuite had a retrospectively fitted sliding door. The door was simply hung with no base guide rail and although it served its purpose it did sway around a bit and could be noisy as a result. Only an issue during the night if a ‘visit’ was required.

Great to be so close to the tourist information (just1 min walk), tram statio, Place de Comedy with lots of restaurants etc and street music etc., Polygone Shopping Center and the the old town center. Breakfast was bread and Croissant, some cheese, marmelade etc and joghurt. Very good for 9,- Euro. Very nice staff. I had a great time. And book a tour at the tourist center "Tour Historical Center". We had a great guide and got to places you usually do not get access to and lots of great information about the city and its history.

Some fixtures were a bit loose, but nothing serious. I would say still very good in total for the location in the center of eth city.

Perfect location in central Place de la Comedie. Proper clean room, decent facilities and good french breakfast. But the best part was the strongly dedicated and helpful staff, especially joyful Ana who helped us with lots of local tips which made our holiday much more interesting and fun.

In our room the bed could’ve been more comfortable.

Great location, very close to Montpellier St Roch station and to the old quarter of the city. Staff were very friendly & helpful and the room was clean and acceptable for the price. We had a great time during our 3 night stay and would come back again. Would recommend Hotel de la Comedie for a short stay.

Nice, quiet location right in the heart of town. Large room with closet space. Very clean and tidy. Lovely staff who were ok with us leaving our bags in storage as we arrived before check-in.

Very small toilet space, broken seat on arrival due to this problem but was still able to use it.

In a great location for the City Centre, transport links, shopping and restaurants. Friendly and welcoming staff. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious with double glazed windows which kept out street noise.

The shower room was small and not attractive with exposed pipe work, but it was functional. The TV was French channels only.

Amazing location. Really central and 2 mins walk from place de la Comedie. Nice and helpful staff.

Bathroom tiles outdated. Toilets need renovation. Messages in French rather than English, needed to use translator for every message received in French. Did not appreciate it!

The breakfast and location were perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. Our room with en suite bathroom and air conditioning was clean and comfortable and everything worked well (except maybe the WiFi). Also, we had a nice view from our balcony window.

The WiFi could have been a bit better. It was a bit slow and I had difficulty downloading my e-mails.

The hotel was clean and located in a great spot to get to the local sites. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is on a pedestrian street and the parking is several minutes walk from the hotel - which makes transporting luggage a minor inconvenience.

Instructions to go to car park first and walk back with luggage. Need very clear instructions when arriving by car as streets very difficult to navigate and car park entrance not very clearly signed very easy to miss.
