I spent 3 days in the hotel. Service very nice and helpful. The room was prepared earlier than expected which was a nice surprise because it was no problem to check in earlier (big advantage) . The room is not very big but very functional, clean, the temperature is regulated, the beds are very comfortable. There is a place for clothes in the room, there is a countertop for food. Bathroom clean, shower great (I appreciate small things :)) Daily cleaning, convenient location. Breakfast fresh and tasty.

Maybe more vegetables or fruits for breakfast ;)

Simple but comfortable and clean hotel at very good location. No sound at all from the street during the nights. We had a bit small outdated room (normal for Paris for this price) on the 6th floor but with renovated modern bathroom. A very well working Airco. Breakfast is not expensive and good enough. Very helpful and English speaking desk. Big plus is the private garage in front of hotel a €25/day (reservation required). Entrance is possible with average SUV or smaller. Not a problem with my Renault Kadjar.

I loved staying here! I come to Paris often and look for a hotel close to Gare de Lyon and this one popped up in Booking. The location is really great, the 11th arr. is a fab mix of residential, great restaurants and cafés and cute shops. The rooms were not as tiny as many comments said (they obviously didn't know how small Paris rooms can be!), I had heaps of space (standard single room with queen size bed and more than enough space to move around and the bathroom was fine too) and it was spotless. I appreciated the kettle and coffee/tea in the room. The value for money was good, I would come back. My room was just opposite a bar on the other side of the road but it was all quiet by 11-ish and I didn't even need ear plugs.

The mattress was a little on the soft side, not the best bed I've slept in.

The location on the 11arr was very convinient for myself but with a short walk you have Metro Voltaire very well connected to the city. Also the location has good restaurants and feel very parisian and safe. Also you can walk into the restaurants, stores and museums that offer the 3arr & 4arr. The hotel was quite basic but clean, super nice staff, airconditioning, good breakfast and honestly who need more than that in Paris where all the city make you go out and explore and enjoy!!!

They checked in two hours earlier, which was nice. The room is very quiet, the air conditioner is also convenient. For us, it is almost the center, not far from Bastille Square and the Vosges, which we love.

An unpleasant smell of sewage from the shower opening - but we know what to do: plug it with a cloth. Also, the water in the hand sink did not drain quickly, we also worked with a pump made of rags))))

- Good breakfast, but not too many options to choose from, and it never changes. - Great location, like 3 different metro lines close by also bus that takes you to Eiffel tower. - Friendly people work there and the rooms are always clean with daily cleaning and towels. - Best hotel Wi-Fi.

- The doors just shut very strongly and the sound they make is nasty. I got woke up by them from other rooms like every morning which was nasty. - Rooms are very small, but I understood that's for every hotel in Paris, so I'll look over it.

very well located hotel, good price, kind and polite staff

In other hotels of the same category, we had included a bottle of water as a welcome along with the kettle, coffee and tea that were present, shower soap, shampoo and body lotion, and slippers. Here a single liquid soap for shower and shampoo, no slippers. The shower towels were correctly two, but we did not understand why the hand and face towels were only for one person

I like the small but clean and practical bathroom, I've stayed in other Parisian hotels for that price and it was better. I liked the location, the 11th arrondissement is great and it's not far from the metro and the Bataclan if you stay overnight for a concert. I could also work from the room and had pretty good wifi.

It could use a little more isolation from the street noises, I sleep with earplugs but as soon as I removed them I heard the street a bit too much. It 's a calm street but normal street traffic etc...

Very cozy small town hotel. There is breakfast available. Friendly staff, speaks English. They called taxi to airport for us, it was cheaper than uber. Location is amazing, 5 minutes to subway station. Few convenient stores around, caffers and restaurants. Perfect for honeymooners. We really enjoy our first time at Paris.

A bit small room, but it is town hotel so we expected that. It did not spoil our stay.

The staff was really kind and helpful. The hotel is close to the metro lines, so you can reach the main attractions in maximum 30min. The neighbourhood was friendly, with nice cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need as a tourist.

It could be more clean. The drainage stinked out from the bathroom. The room and the bathroom are very very small, also the elevator. There was just a small natural light.
