Close to the Saint Michel Mountain. The heating is very strong. The shower water is very warm.

The bed is super narrow. I could easily fall off the bed if I simply turn my body... The TV position is very dangerous, it's hanging in the middle of the room and very low, I kept hitting my head on the TV corner, which was very painful...

The location is fantastic with great views of Mt St Michel from the dining room where the staff were excellent. Also thanks to the reception staff who helped us out and retrieved our lost property.

Comfortable spacious room with a wonderful view of Mont St Michel.

We couldn't eat in the restaurant at night as there was a large party happening there and it was far too noisy. We went to another hotel down the road which was quieter and served a delicious meal. Breakfast was a disappointment. We arrived 20 minutes after breakfast started and already the eggs had been finished and were never replenished. Other items were slow to be replenished or not at all. There was just one person working in the breakfast room and what seemed like the kitchen too and it was all too much for him to do alone. A poor breakfast overall.

Room is excellent, very ample with a living room on the bottom floor and bedroom on a mezzanine floor. Good sized bathroom with excellent lighting. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful view of Mont Saint-Michel from your room. Location of the hotel could not be better - ‘Navette ’ (bus) picks you up right outside the hotel, or you can walk the 2 kilometres (which is very pleasant in good weather.

Breakfast - could be somewhat improved. Small details such as broken tiles, and hairline crack in basin in bathroom. Touch of paint needed in some areas such as around lifts on ground floor.

The hotel staffs are very friendly. The location and the room is spot on and very spacious. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom and toilet are nice and clean. I like the there are door devide the hallway from the bedroom on the first floor. The room on the first fl. is colder than the one on the second fl. The shuttle bus stop in front of the hotel on the way towards the mont-saint michel

There are trees blocking parts of the view from our room on the first floor. Not enough light in the room. No lighting on the ceiling at all. There are multiple tourists group which makes the breakfast room crowded. We had dinner at the hotel and we had to wait quite a while for the main dish to come. The portion size of the veal is too big, moreover it came with a big side dish(mash poteto or potato gratain or boiled vegetable) I think reducing the portion&the price would be much nicer. The dessert is a disappointment.

Great location, very comfortable accommodation. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and clear communication before arrival. Great size room with nice coffee and tea maker. Water for the guests. Comfortable, well maintained and isolated room with private balcony. Warm and comfortable bed. Fridge and security safe in room. Easy access to Mont St. Michel. Nice restaurants near by.

The view of Mont St-Michel from the room is good. The location is best for walking to St-Michel as it is the nearest hotel to St-Michel and the shuttle service stops just outside the hotel. Parking is easy to get to.

The reception / staff could be more helpful when the code given to me for the carpark entry does not work. Telling me on the phone like "I am unable to help you", "I can't respond through Whatsapp", "I can't respond to you on Booking.com immediately" is of no help. If entry code given earlier prior to checkin cannot be guaranteed to work then perhaps it should eb highlighted that it is best to obtain the code on the day of checkin.

The staff, room and view of the monument from our room were all wonderful and I really appreciated how helpful they were with helping me set up romantic rose petals for my proposal to my partner. The front desk people were very helpful for providing information and the breakfast at the hotel was delicious!

The rooms only bedside and standing lamps instead of overhead lighting so the room at night was a bit dim. Made for a cozy atmosphere but it was a little difficult to take pictures of the beautiful room because of the low light.

The views of Mont St Michel from the hotel are breathtaking! We had a private terrace which was just incredible. The mount was right in front of us with nothing obstructing the view. But the views from the restaurant are wonderful too! The room was big and comfortable with a nice shower. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It’s a bit dated and scruffy. But I guess that is what made it affordable for us. It needs redecoration and modernising, but if that were to happen, the hotel could justifiable charge a lot more based on the location alone. It has the potential to be a very luxurious, boutique hotel, but lucky for us and our limited budget, it still seems stuck in the 80s.
