Quiet area. The hotel is new and very clean. Discreet cleaning service. Very comfortable mattress. Good wi-fi. Safe area to come to later in the evening. A U supermarket a few meters away so no hotel breakfast is necessary to buy even though it looked delicious and good value for money. Nice and polite staff.

Occasional train passing by as the hotel is close to a railway but no frequent trains. The hotel is a short, 5-minute walk to the tram station Ducs d'Alsace where you can take the tram to the centre. The extra euros I paid on public transport could be better used to pay towards a more expensive hotel room nearer the centre/ Petite France and you gain 40 minutes back & forth every day. Not sure though the more central hotels are in quiet enough areas.

The entire arrangement was a pleasurable experience. The staff was friendly, some a bit more than others, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast provision was also quite extensive.

The fact that the hotel is a bit away from the center, is a little bit of a set back but not tremendously. It is easily reachable by tramline D. When leaving the hotel, take a left on Rue d'Oberbergshausen, walk a few minutes to tram stop Saint Florent, where you'll be able to board the tram. This will take you to town in a few more minutes. Central station is two stops along, but you can go to Homme de Fer, which more centrally located or even farther to Grand Rue / Langstross which will put you smack dab in the thick of things. Cost per ticket 1.9€. They can be bought at a machine on the platform and should be scanned at the post with the red top before boarding.

The hotel is wonderful. Everything is very clean and quiet. Its location is excellent - it is easy to get to the train station and the center of Strasbourg, there are bakeries and a shop with a good assortment and prices nearby. Reception is open 24/7 which is very convenient. The staff were responsive to our questions and requests. It is not worth looking for good from good, we will stop again if we are in Strasbourg, the city and Alsace are beautiful.

I wish the tea and coffee bags were updated as there is a kettle in the room. It is better that there are ordinary cups or glasses, and not paper ones, especially since they were not replaced either. A small refrigerator would not hurt, although its absence is quite understandable))

It's all brand new. Easy to get to town center by tram. Comfy beds and nice shower.

The breakfast room is too little when the hotel is full plus if you don't book the breakfast with the room the staff does not explain during the check-in that you must reserve the latest the evening before, even when I asked during the check-in if I could decide in the morning. Several people had something similar and the girl at the breakfast was in the rude side when explaining this to several guests when actually is more a problem of the staff. The breakfast was full and given the misunderstanding she could have told people to come 30 minutes later and have breakfast but she just kicked people out.

On my journeys to Austria I stop overnight in Strasbourg. My usual hotel was fully booked so I chose K Hotel purely on price and wasn't expecting too much. How surprised I was to find this hotel amazing in every way, it was immaculate, the staff were polite, helpful and friendly. My room was larger than average with a super soft bed, very well equipped with an ultra modern bathroom. Breakfast included everything you would hope for and more, I cant praise this hotel enough, it will be my regular stopover from now on.

A fridge would be nice Bed: just one (shared) blanket Payment: during check-in, but the hotel charges a deposit on credit card when reservation is finished (even if it can be cancelled free of charge). But this is not a payment = in one time you pay 150 % and you wait a few days for reverting of the deposit !

There are very clean halls with positive pictures on the walls. The room was very clean and colorful. The room service are doing their job in the best way possible. The room has all necessary tools (extra pillows, a kettle, tea and coffee, napkins, enough cups for different needs. The breakfast was good enough. The tram station is not far away from the hotel and trams A and D are taking you directly to the bus/train stations and center of the city. A supermarket and a pharmacy are available on the same street. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It exceeded my expectations.

The hotel offered everything we needed. The staff was nice, especially the night auditor. It was clean and the room was comfortable. Easy access by car.

The first night, it was easy to get a parking slot, as we arrived in the early evening. But the second night, we arrived really late and everything around the hotel was so full that we had troubles to find a slot. We parked somewhere on the street then, still not sure if we were allowed to park there. During the first night, there were some groups of people, who were quite loud on the street.

Staff are amazing.Catarina she is most helpful! Beds are ok. The location is excellent, tram station 5 min walking away, 4 stations to the center, 10 minutes ride. Supermarket cross the street its a bonus.

A fridge will be useful. Its understandable the reason, no food or drinks into the rooms, but to to keep cold a bottle of water for example. A remote for the AC! I couldn't find one, but maybe i wasn't looking enough.

Nice hotel in Strasbourg in case you are on budget or traveling by car. It’s 10-15 min from city centre by tram depending on what’s your desired location. Parking was for free which is a huge plus.

Room was well equiped but quite small so in case you are staying more than one night this not might be that comfortable. Also breakfast is not included which seems to be standard in hotels in France but for the price I think it would be nice to have it as well (it was 11€ per person so nothing horrible)
