The bedroom smelled incredible and everything was extra clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the curtains really were blackout curtains. The hotel was close to a supermarket which allowed us to make some purchases before we left the next day. The breakfast was good and calm and the decoration was beautiful. We didn't get to go to the city center, unfortunately as we were just passing, but from google maps I saw that it would have been very easy to get there, so that it a plus! I paid for underground parking and the access was easy. A little bit tight for big cars, but easy.

Nice quiet hotel with free parking, quite a way outside the city, but the tram stop is literally outside, and because the hotel is almost at the end of the line, there was always a seat for the 20 min ride into the centre. Didn't have breakfast but the room was quiet and the bed comfortable. There is a bar in reception so after the meal (an Indian Pizza...?) we wanted to play cards, so they let us use one of their breakfast tables, which was just the right height.

The staff is very friendly, professional and quick (always smiling). The hotel is very nice, modern and clean. The location is out of the city center, so it takes one about 15-20min to get there by a tram (the tram stop is located 1min from the hotel and it is a direct line, very convenient). The hotel has a a parking lot in front of the building, it is free and safe and we used that one. They also have an underground parking for 8eur per day. There is a shopping center a few min walking distance from the hotel. The hotel has an AC that works perfectly and without noise. The bed is comfortable and the room is really quiet (our room has had a view over the parking lot).

It was close to a tram stop, so access to and from Strasbourg was really easy, free parking, friendly and helpful staff, good size balcony. The room and hotel were very clean.

The restaurant food was really poor quality. Most people were ordering takeaway food.. the balcony needed cleaning. We found broken glass on the balcony floor and it could have benefitted from jet washing.

Good location, clean and gorgeous room with a nice smell, but…

…please, stop doing bathrooms open space, just put a normal door between the bathroom and the room guys, it’s not that super trendy, but nobody needs to hear or smell when you do what you do there.

The price seems to be too high for provided service. The Hotel is really not so close to the City center (plus far from the german border). Parking is Not for free, despite booking suggesting otherwise. Basically made a booking only because of parking - and in the end directly after booking received a message with pricing... Breakfast is for an unreasonable price. The shower/toilet door is made of glass! No fridge. View out of the window is not spectacular at all.

Great place to stay on outskirts of Strasbourg. Tram stop almost outside so convenient for visiting the city. Very modern and comfortable rooms. Lovely restaurant where we had an excellent dinner.

Rather strange to have a clear glass door to the bathroom! Shower was over bath with shower curtain, not screen. A more modern shower cubicle would be better - there was room for a separate bath and shower. Hotel WiFi was poor and difficult to get connected.

I rented two rooms, as I was traveling with my family, the hotel is closer to city center (access though tram/bus), rooms were clean and in good size, there was a free outside parking (which I used for the three days of my stay) as well as paid underground parking. The lady at the reception was very nice. I requested and early check-in which they kindly accepted free of charge and the rooms were ready.

It was easy to access city center on the tram, though it’s not 10 min as it was stated in the discription.

there were no disposable slippers, I would expect to have them in the 4star hotel, and mattress was very soft(( but it’s my personal preference. the rooms are not sound proofed- we heard how neighbors opened window, talked, yelled and etc.

The location is not in the city center but it’s 1 min from the tram station so you can easily get there. The room was big and clean also the staff was great. They helped me to do and print PCR test and explained to me how to get to the city center

A lot of things did not work properly. A kettle worked only if you press the button all the time while it’s boiling. There was not enough bathroom facilities (there was only shower gel and that’s it). Also the safe didn’t work, it just started beeping and I tried to connect with receptionist via phone and no one answered and with some time it stopped beeping. Also the cleaning lady took my towel for the head and didn’t give me new one. So a lot of things to work on
