Breakfast was decent and adequate. It was prepared by one person and for her to be able to do that everyday is really great. It was all homemade. What was the best part would be the staff, location, cleanliness, value and everything else.

Lounge for having the breakfast was in the lobby. Could be in a separate area preferably but not at all a deal breaker.

The location of the hotel, the bed, the TV and the shower.

There is no room service. And the hotel doesnt accept Euro or USD.

Sincerely this was one of our best hotel experiences .. and we had booked it just the day before without much time to research. Firstly the building itself is one of the most iconic of the Old Town/Sulfur Bath area.. the hight floors of the hotel literally look over the bath domes. In terms of the rooms, they are gorgeous, the staff so so so kind (keep reading) & are there 24/7 (we checkin in at 5am).. the breakfast is offered from I think 8am until 11am & is really lush. This stay of 5 nights would already have been exceptional but some how the staff heard it was my Birthday that week.. and we were granted a TRIPLE room upgrade from the 1st floor (standard bedroom) to the top floor split penthouse suite > literally 3 of the 4 walls were glass. And on the day a plate of waffles with Happy Birthday written on it was gifted. In our rush we had messed up our dates and so needed to extend a day, expected we would need to move rooms, but no we were gifted the same upgraded room for the basic room price. Despite all that I just loved the furniture, colours and the location for a first visit in Tbilisi. Oh dont overlook the restaurant on the side street to the hotel.. there is only one on this street so you can't miss it. This ended up being our fav Georgian Restaurant.. and trust me, we tried many!

Nothing. Well there can be some noise from a near by bar but this was at very reasonable hours.

Stylish all new place. I stayed in the room with the bath. It was warm and nice. It's a bit smaller than the photos, still spacious enough. The stuff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is good and they cook varied eggs per your order. I didn't hear my neighbors. Almost no traffic under the windows. Elevator was an unexpected nice bonus.

The hotel faces the famous Abanotubani, so it may be noisy because of the tourists. The radiator intermittently made some annoying beeping sound, so I had to shut off the valve. I found somebody's hair on the bed, it was unpleasant. I lacked a full body mirror in my room, and the smaller mirror above the sink is too high for a short person like me.

I don’t even know where to start my review) but probably Hotel Abanotubani has become my favorite hotel in Tbilisi! Having accidentally opened it, now I do not get tired of admiring and wondering, and most importantly, coming back! I strongly advise everyone who chooses a hotel in the historical center of the city! I advise for the excellent location, the insanely friendly staff and the smile of the girls at the reception, the insane cleanliness of the rooms and, of course, the chic breakfast! I thank the hotel administration for the gift and the upgrade of the room, it is very nice and pleasant of you! I will recommend your hotel to all my friends!

Super location/ very comfortable bed and pillows/ good working quiet air-conditioner/ delicious European breakfast with Georgian touch - all food is made with love/ very tasty freshly brewed coffee/ friendly staff - ready to help you and answer all your requests/ nice design of the hotel and rooms/ coffee machine in the room/ cleanliness in the hotel

Excellent location next to Tbilisi sulphur baths, fantastic view of Narikala fortress from the terrace, tasty breakfast (though, due to COVID no buffet). Room was new and nicely designed, beds comfy. Wifi functioned well.

Weird enough, but our room had no mirror – with the exception of a make-up mirror in the bathroom. Staff was polite and nice, but slightly timid (maybe a bit unexperienced or doubting their language-skills (?) It was the last hotel on our 9-day trip in Georgia, so we were already familiar with Tbilisi's sightseeing opportunities, best tours, using Bolt, organising transfers etc, however, if it would have been our first layover in Georgia, more pro-active approach could have been helpful.

Our room was big enough for our family. Stayed in room 12, amazing view from our Terrace. Location is great, walking distance from the famous spots. Will definitely stay again.

would like to have more options for breakfast. Wish there is a bidet.

The location is the best, few steps away from the Sulfur Bath and Falls. And it is situated to all the beat restaurants and easy access to the cable car and fortress. The staff were extremely accommodating, especially the one's in-charge with the kitchen when we had our breakfast. They have lifts and the room of the interiors were really nice.

When we entered of the rooms it smells cigarette smoke. They fix it by spraying air freshener.

A beautiful place in the heart of the old town of Tbilisi, close to all the sights, you can go by walking to most places, Quiet and no loud noise , very very clean, The people working in the hotel are all nice and happy to help. The breakfast is very good
