The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is in the central of the Old City and close to many restaurants. The staff were also quite helpful. The rooms were relatively small, but well appointed.

There were two problems with this facility. Firstly, there is a cabaret close to the venue and the singing/music coming from these venues is quite loud. Although the rooms were double glazed, this did not stop the noise properly. This presented a substantial challenge for sleeping. Additionally, if you are travelling with multiple bags, please be aware that you will have to drag these up a lot of stairs to get to the reception area. Once you reach the reception, the staff then take your bags to the room. However, don't underestimate the challenge of moving more than one bag up a long set of steps if you are on your own.

Awesome hotel with a location in the old city Tbilisi. convenient location from all attractions, the view from the balcony is amazing, the hotel has an elevator. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helped us with everything. The room was cleaned every day, it is cozy, clean modern. everything is thought out to the smallest detail! the bathroom is large and comfortable, there is even a hygienic shower. breakfasts are incredibly delicious: tea, coffee of various kinds, juices, fruits, nuts, hams, cheesecakes, pancakes, eggs, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, yoghurts, greens, sausages… I recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone with its excellent quality of service.

The property is conveniently situated at the hub of the old town. It is surrounded by lots of sulphur hot springs and a number of quality restaurants. you could readily walk along the stairs and the hillside all the way to the Narikala Fortress, the Mother of Georgia statue and the cable car station. the environment and the views are spectacular.

The breakfast is delicious and nutritious. Nonetheless, if more variety of foods could be added from day to day, it would be a definite advantage.

Everything! This place was our favorite in all of Georgia and for a very reasonable price. Fantastic hotel with amazing, helpful staff, an exceptional location right next to the sulfur baths, a great breakfast, and fantastic rooms. I cannot recommend this place enough. We definitely will recommend it to everyone and come back again. We took the deluxe room which included a huge private balcony. It was definitely a perk for a reasonable price, but not necessary.

The location is fantastic! Very close to most of the popular attractions and restaurant. The rooms were pretty, clean and nicely decorated. The staff were incredibly nice, welcoming and considerate, provided us everything that we needed. For example, they allowed us to have a late checkout for our night flight. We would definitely come back.

The best position in Tbisili in a lovely building with the best view .Worth getting a room with a balconly for a great view .Everything right on your door step .A very homely hotel and the bedroom had everything you need and was tastefully decorated .The bathroom was enormous and the shower was strong with very hot water .The bed was so comfortable we couldnt leave it in the morning and we stayed for 8 nights.The front desk helped us find a fantastic guide for a private day trip..Breakfast was ok There were eggs cooked for us everyday .juices .cheeses meats and yogurts .but maybe a better selection of breads would be nice or rolls .The regular lady was very nice and very helpful .she was off 2 days when we were there and we missed her.we will definately be back if we return to Tbisili .Great hotel

The Tv had very minimum channels and they didnt work most of the evenings

Excellent service, very clean rooms, staff is very kind and ready to help you with any question. The hotel is located in the small center, and you don't need to take a taxi for the movement, to any nice or interesting place you can just walk.

Everything was perfect.
