You cannot get better location then this. Anna at reception was kind enough bto free upgrade our room. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Netflix was available. Hot water was 24 hours and they help in anything you need. Ofcourse it was not a 4* hotel however I can say it was the best boutique hotel in this rate and in a very prime location.

Couple of things which I didn't like else I would have rated 10. Towels were like torn from the centre to make 2 towels from one. There was no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. Beds were clean but the quilt cover had a hole. Breakfast was very basic however they try to add couple of items when we requested. Overall they were very accommodating.

Well, that's truly a hidden gem! The staff were incredibly kind and professional, the view was fantastic, and it's conveniently located for getting to any point. Breakfast was satisfactory, and the table and chair provided a good setup for my laptop workstation. However, what really stood out was the excellent quality-to-price ratio. So if you come across a good deal, you should definitely take it!

The hotel is a bit old, so some parts of the facility feel a bit worn, which is noticeable in a few aspects. However, nothing was too critical or bothersome.

The room was very comfortable and big. The bathroom also was very big and the shower was great. The balcony from the room was small but the view was great since the teleferic was passing above us and the view of the city opposite the river was very good. The staff was also great and very smiley. Breakfast was good and had all the options from European and traditional food.

The only thing that was a bit of surprise to us was that during the three days we stayed nobody cleaned the room.

Location is really super - near to some beautiful Old Tbilisi places. View from hotel also was super. Rooms are comfortable and the size is also good. I think there are some improvements with the breakfast and the kitchen worker. Bad smell in our room (#206) after finishing breakfast (around 11:00 - 12:00) - possibly due to poor ventilation (kitchen was upstairs in our room). Staff and local people - maybe in the spring or summer it will be just amazing, but on New Year's days there can be some problems because people are celebrating and the service can be a little different from what it should be.

The hotel was at a very central location. You could easily walk up to restaurants, supermarket or even an ATM. The rooms were comfortable and big in size as well. The staff was sweet and helpful

Though we had issues with the electricity as one night there was no power and we weren’t informed about it. Secondly for 2 nights there was no wifi also at the hote,l staff said there is some issue with their router and have logged a complaint for the same. The lighting in the rooms were all a little dull.

Our stay at Maison Boutique Hotel in the heart of Tbilisi was fantastic! The location couldn't have been better, allowing us easy access to all the attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially during our late check-in. The highlight for us was the stunning view from the balcony, offering a picturesque glimpse of the city. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend

The staff (Iraqly, Ernesto, Mariami) is absolutely the best part of staying at Maison as well as the location right in the center. You can walk to anywhere you want and it’s so beautiful in this part of Tbilisi. It was also peaceful and quiet at Maison. I slept really well. And it has a large area with a desk and fridge and a balcony and the best shower ever - amazing, long lasting hot water and the perfect water pressure. It’s a good value for the location and amenities and, of course, the helpful, friendly and welcoming staff.

Nice clean and stylish rooms, decent balcony with a view. Superb staff, a lovely group of ladies running the hotel, so very helpful and kind. They gave us a 4 hour early check-in without charge which we badly needed due to how tired we were of an overnight flight. And so so helpful with our child too, he absolutely loved them. Location is also perfect right in Meidan Square of old Tbilisi! Not to forget a very good breakfast was served, the ladies made awesome coffee and eggs wahh!

The water was off for a few hours due to some municipality problem in Tbilisi but really not much to dislike.

It’s located on the old town’s center. You can reach many places, good restaurants, bars, markets by walking. There is always a trick on the photos which we see in the web sites. But, they’re photos are real- no tricks. The stuffs are amazing. They’re really helpful.

The wi-if connection is poor. I guess they need to improve it
