The hotel has a family / boutique concept which makes it cosy. It was not only clean and modern, but it also had a touch of authentic Georgian charm that added a special touch to the experience. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, satisfying all our cravings. The view from the terrace was absolutely spectacular, providing a stunning backdrop to start the day. Furthermore, the hotel's ideal location allowed us to conveniently explore the old city and enjoy all the city's attractions, even with a small baby and stroller 😜. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the genuinely friendly and helpful team working there. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcomed and valued throughout the stay.

Everything was great. The room was clean and nice, very pleasant to be in. Balcony was also great, not ideal that there was just a fence but we knew about it; so, it wasn't a surprise. Cleaning was at superb level. It is just across the bridge. My girlfriend was having a birthday during this trip but I never mentioned this to the staff. However, staff decided to surprise her/us with flowers, champagne, and a cake. It was incredibly pleasant. Attaching a photo. Special thanks to Paata, he was very welcoming.

I think we thought of only two things that can be improved. 1) Water is leaking to the floor when taking a shower because of how it is made. It would be great if water didn't go to the floor. 2) The fences on the balconies should be attached/fixed to the walls so that they don't fly around when it is windy(should be easy)

Rooms: Compact and comfortable. Great balcony with nice views. Location: Very conveniently located to all tourist attractions in old Tbilisi. Almost everything is around 10-20 mins walking. Service: Very friendly and prompt staff. Both at the desk and at the buffet. Food: We had booked a breakfast included stay and it was a great decision. We had a lovely and fresh spread every morning.

Lacks a common room sort of facility to chill Only one lift that accommodates 2 people, so a bit cumbersome for big groups

We stayed in a superior double room that has a nice balcony with a view of the river and the hills. The attention of Tea and the hotel team is incredible. They are ready to help you with any questions you have. The breakfast is varied, delicious and has a good atmosphere to start the day.

To get to the hotel there is a nice little hill that we enjoyed walking. For someone with limited mobility it might be something to consider.

The combination of a brand new interior that echoed the history of the building and Tbilisi. Comfortable beds, quiet room, friendly helpful English-speaking staff, location a short walking distance from city center, fruits and vegetables, pleasant breakfast room - the hotel met all our expectations and more!

Healthier breakfast food: granola/oats, whole wheat bread, made-to-order eggs would have been nice. This is picky but empty shelf space in the large closet, trash cans that didn't require bending over and a better towel rack (the towels kept falling off the shaky floor rack) would have been nice.

That was a fantastic experience to me and my wife when we visited such a lovely place as Passport Hotel. Taking on account that we had a wedding the personnel was so wonderful and eager to help us in any issues. We were excited to observe flowers, chocolate, and a bottle of champaign in the room. We were treated as a King and a Queen in that place. Yeah, probably it is a bit expensive but that worths it. None of negative emmotions you'll found in this message, just our best regards and wishes.

New, modern and very tidy hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and warm. We had a balcony with a nice view of the river and mountain, which was a great place to sit in the morning or evening and just chill. Highly recommend this place, it's also very close to everything but because it's on a hill you will have quiet nights.

A comfortable place, super nice and helpful stuff. Very good location, very good breakfast with fantastic people. The breakfast area was also very beautiful, cozy and welcoming. We simply enjoyed our stay at Passport Hotel in Tbilisi!

It would be good if there would be a bigger table in the room and more place to put cosmetics and hygiene supplies in the bathroom (like a shelf, regal, cabinet or closet)

The hotel is really cute with all those small flickering lamps. The room was nice and comfy, and the balcony had a nice view. The breakfast was good, just that one employee was acting as "surveillance camera" during breakfast :) The receptionists were really helpful and arranged shuttle taxi to the airport for us. The street can be noisy in case you sleep with an open window at night. But that's not something hotel can influence and the noise is cancelled as soon as you close the window. Other than that, I would recommend this place!
