This is exactly the Boutique Hotel. We have never met with any other guests. So we had almost personal breakfast service. Breakfast was standard continental (eggs, jam, ham, butter croissants, coffee etc.), but with Georgian spirit - sparkling wine and old-fashioned furnishings, paintings and utensil. One day our breakfast was even accompanied with piano player. On arrival date we've been late on breakfast, but nevertheless we enjoyed it in full! 10/10 for breakfast. Rooms were tidy and were cleaned every day. Generally consistent with photos, but not very big. Stuff was polite and very attentive. We have bought a wine in local winery (not in the hotel). And the next day after room cleaning we found a packaging accessories and scissors on the table so we could safely deliver the wine to home. We also enjoyed wine degustation in the hotel and bought few bottles of wine in the hotel. I would recommend to try amber wine. There was a lovely restaurant in the hotel with live piano music on the evening. So we preferred to dinner at the hotel. I would recommend dolma to try. It is better than in the city restaraunts.

Rooms are not so big. And windows are so small (we had standard room). Bathroom is not very modern. But there is no big deception and everything is exactly as on photos. So in line with expectations

highly recommended exceptional experience in Tbilisi, definitely 💯 recommend real boutique hotel in the nicest possible way helpful, caring, helping and really kind people - all of them start with maids and up to owner wonderful restaurant always clean and made room we stayed in junior suite- it’s a spacious, beautiful room with a balcony and nice view. it’s a little noisy because it’s next to the street but it’s just amazing place to spend time we were celebrating our wedding and they gave us a bottle of wine in our room as a present there is piano player during the breakfast and endless champagne 😁 they know how to set guests for a good day

everything is amazing

The staff were great, really helpful and friendly. There was a good choice at breakfast. The room was nice and the beds were comfy. Location is very handy for the old town and dry bridge etc.

There was a fair bit of traffic noise from the road outside. We had a couple of different stays and stayed in a few different rooms. The noise was the same in all the rooms. A few choices of Georgian brandy on the menu would have been nice too.

best location, close to the old town, relative good for airport and railway station, very good (georgian) breakfast, they offer local sparkling wine and superb live music.Old books, old furniture - typical for Tbilisi and this why I love it. Very good restaurant with good wine collection.

Unique and exquisite interiors. ambience exudes charm and a well blended style of the traditional with the modern. The food is fresh perfectly presided and presented. the cilantro soup and Georgian dishes were especially great. desserts are outstanding too. wine tasting was a great experience and my time request was also accommodated. the staff go out of their way to respond to every need and made me feel extremely comfortable and well looked after.

Stayed in this boutique hotel to get a change from the usual chains I stay in (Marriott etc). The personalised service and the attention to little things was amazing. The staff go above and beyond to help you which is something you would never see the large chains do. Eg the waiter brought out the whole breakfast buffett to my table when I came down 15 mins late so I could still eat. Just one example. Highly recommend this place

Beautiful hotel, tastefully decorated in a lovely part of the city. Excellent breakfast with friendly and professional service! Talented pianist at breakfast and dinner. Helpful staff and relaxed atmosphere. Great restaurant and wine cellar. Highly recommended!

The location was great, at the centre of the Tbilisi City in quick destination to the Parliament House and on the bank of the Kura river. The breakfast was delicious, there was a very nice man (unfortunately I didn't get his name) who played on the grand piano and he played amazingly well and so pleasant. Thank you very much indeed, dear pianist man! I really enjoyed listening to your play while we had a glass of sparkle wine for free each breakfast...it felt really posh!!! The Staff of the Hotel including the owner of the Hotel - Mr. Benedict Kashakashvili are very awesome people, they were always happy to see us and upgraded the standard room for a Superior room with a balcony the last day of our stay without extra-charge - it was a very unexpected but so wonderful at the same time surprise for me and my partner. Thea, Giorgi, the waitress Mariam, the waiter Gennadi and Livan (sorry if I'm not spelling the names correctly) and i cannot remember all the names, the ladies who cleaned the rooms and provided the best laundry service - are very kind people by all means, they have shown such a great hospitality to us like i've never seen anywhere else. Mr. Benedict - Thanks again for this Wonderful piece of jewellery in the middle of Tbilisi called Vinotel Boutique Hotel! Without You this place would not be felt the same, I'm sure of it. Thanks for your beautiful wine cellar and the best wine degustation expert - Thea, an amazingly Beautiful and Very Friendly Woman of this Hotel who works at the reception and helps everywhere at the Hotel and outside - just ask! Nice restaurant with a traditional Georgian cuisine, delicious cutlery, wide choice of wine, nice garden outside with terrace and the most amazing part of this Hotel are People who makes Vinotel Boutique Hotel #1!
