The remote location is good, mountain view. The hotel and room is in good condition, very modern. Air conditioning is working, you get a private balcony. Free private parking. A shop is nearby. The owner offered free homemade wine.

Quite noisy, both from inside inhabitants and outside noises (not too far away from a road). The air conditioner is very close to the bed so its hard to make it comfortable for sleeping.

Well, the place was really really nice!!! Room was big and very comfortable for a couple with child. Clean and very good smelling bed. Very warm room - best thing when you travel in winter. I want to also note that location was very comfortable. Lot of shops and other infrastructure nearby. We were traveling by car, and had a good opportunity to park our car in a good place at the hotels yard… parking is a hugeee problem in Tbilisi. We had also all the necessary bathroom stuffs in our room - towel, soap and shampoo, sleepers. But the most surprising and cute were coffee and tea begs.

It was little strange that we mentioned 3 person stay but the towels and the bed was made only for 2! But that’s ok. All the other things I really liked…

Very clean, well-decorated, spacious room with a large comfy bed. We didn't get to experience breakfast as we had to leave for the airport in the middle of the night. (The Bolt App is excellent for taxis).

A lots of strange, loud, scraping furniture noises upstairs into the early hours and noisy talking outside our room window and in the lobby as we were falling asleep but that was no big deal other than it woke me a couple of times. (Our room was on the ground floor next to reception).

I've already stayed in this hotel before, and on my second trip to Tbilisi, I chose Tbilisi Sea Hotel again. Great location (route to the airport is fast because you miss city center with traffic), great hospitality, clean and cozy rooms, tasty breakfast - this is what you need to get rest and spend a great time in Georgia capital. As a bonus in a room, you have a kettle, TV, and other things that you may need to have for good time spending.

It was a very great and wonderful stay in Tbilisi Hotel. The location is very accessible to all Taxis, its like 20 minutes away from the city. Very easy booking using Yandex (Similar to Uber App) We were amazed by its modern exterior and interior designs, newly built building and very well-maintained. We had various sets of breakfast during our stay,its all delicious and served well. Kudos to all Tbilisi Sea Hotel Members, they are all very prompt and helpful esp. Ani. Way back October 2021 she has been assisting and answering in all our queries. They will assist you for PCR Test as well. The best thing here was when we came back from our Wedding, the hotel has surprised us with a romantic roses and candle with champagne in our room, was very touching! Hotel is truly highly recommended. Thanks again Ani and Tbilisi Sea Hotel Team!

Everything was amazing the rooms the hosts and the staff we had two rooms the one on the first floor had a balcony with a view and it has king bed and sofa bed as well and both are comfortable, the breakfast was amazing it was homemade by the host and it was really delicious we’re muslims so kindly by them they tried to not serve pork most of the days and they always point the things that include pork and stuff they were super kind and they let me use their bicycle when I asked. Totally encourage every family to stay there it is a little far from the down town but u won’t regret it 💛💛

1. Location! It was far from tourist attractions though taxi is not expensive in Tblisi and we were going everywhere by taxi. 2. The hotel doesn't have any board or sign on the entrance or street.

This is a wonderful place located near Tbilisi Sea to live with family and cat. Owners of the hotel are very friendly and kind, room was comfortable and clean. I really want to stay here again in our next trip to Tbilisi. Highly recommended!

Kind and thoughtful hosts. The hotel seems new. It is quite clean and well maintained. I particularly enjoyed taking my laptop up to the terrace to work.

The hotel is far from downtown Tbilisi and so you have to take the bus or a taxi to get to most places.
