We loved our stay. I made a mistake due to a wine spill on the bed duvet, including the pillow cases, and was supposed to pay a fine of 450 GEL. The owner understand our situation and when we asked for a lower fine, they agreed. Not only we appreciate this, but also the overall experience was good. We like the room, it was clean, there’s shops nearby, and the staff assisted us in booking taxi whenever we go out due to lack of SIM card when we arrived. Of course, when we go home, our friends will definitely stay in this hotel coz they deserve this recommendation 🥰

The breakfast provided was not only delicious but also offered a variety of fresh options every day. It was a delightful start to our mornings and set a positive tone for the rest of the day. In terms of location, the hotel is situated on a quiet street, which ensured a peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. However, for those looking to be closer to the bustling center, it might require a short taxi ride. Despite this, the comfort and quality of the hotel more than made up for any inconvenience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay

One suggestion would be to consider adding a restaurant within the hotel premises. This would provide guests with the convenience of being able to order food directly from the hotel, especially during times when venturing out may not be feasible or convenient. Having an onsite restaurant would enhance the overall dining experience and add to the convenience and comfort of the stay.

Breakfast was really nice and the warm food changes every day. The room itself was incredibly comfy and I especially enjoyed the rain shower. We got new tea bags and water bottles every morning which was really nice. All in all it was a very pleasant stay!

Location is far from the city centre in a bit of an empty area. It’s easy to get to the city centre so not that much of a problem but going for a simple walk in the area or a restaurant isn’t really possible so for almost everything you’ll need to go to the city centre.

The location is away from the busy city so you get to enjoy some peace and quiet moments. Daily breakfast was amazing and they serve different local cuisines every day as part of the food options. My family loved it so much! Boris was so kind, he even allowed us late check out and we got to enjoy, and extended time at the pool and the sauna. Private free parking is available so you don't have to worry about where to park your car.

The A/C wasn't that cold. Would have been better if it was, so my boys could have slept very comfortably.

Room: Room was spacious and cozy, bigger than other hotels rating 9/10 Staff: Staff was very supporting and cooperative Rating 9/10 Breakfast: Good breakfast spread rating 9/10 Location: It is little far from the center and need a conveyance to get there but there is a small supermarket is available next to the hotel which helps a lot. Swimming pool: They have temperature controlled pool which can be used throughout the year.

Breakfast Timing: Timing of the breakfast is little late and difficult to match with the tour operators timings. If possible breakfast can be started little early.

They were always ready to assist with any request or inquiry, making me feel well taken care of throughout my visit.

Hotel is located in a beautiful nature filled location with less polluted environment, I am so amazed by the view from terrace and balcony...This is the perfect vacation hotel in Tbilisi.... I am so glad that I found a precious 🏨 hotel now in Tbilisi, so I can stay here anytime during my upcoming trips to Tbilisi. Rooms are so clean and neat, bed is so comfortable, Shower room is spacious... Can have a delicious breakfast with several varieties, reachable to city centre easily by bus,taxi...Hotel staffs are so kind and their hospitality is so respected 🤝 Nearby there is 24/7 supermarket, so what else is required for a peaceful and happy stay... Overall everything is double perfect and best....

A hotel room's overall facilities and features are exactly what you'd expect. Basic water boiler and complimentary tea, Refrigerator, Hairdryer, and toiletries. Everything was available and restocked every day the room is cleaned. The desk in the room is also well-suited for working on your laptop, however, there was a shortage of electrical plugs in the room. The staff are very nice, and most of them speak very well english, the lobby was pretty stylish with many musical instruments for the guests to entertain themselves. I would suggest that this is a good hotel for a calm getaway or business trip (for freelancers at least).

If it's your first time in Tbilisi, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The city is fantastic, especially at night, however, getting to the city center from this hotel is a hassle. There are two bus lines that pass right in front of the hotel, which will take you to Station Square (Metro), which you can use to access the rest of the city. The trip should take you around 15 mins there. If you're not planning on visiting the city much or don't mind the public transport, then yes this hotel is for you. Otherwise, if you want to explore the city, I would recommend a hotel closer to the center.

I always read reviews about the hotel I stay at. As usual, in general, the poorer the country, the lower the rating About the hotel. The old town is 10 minutes by taxi. The hotel has a large parking lot. A huge plus from a hotel in the old town is the silence at night and the service. Breakfast is excellent, no chemicals or GMOs. The rooms are very clean. Service at the highest level. But the main thing is the energy of the hotel. Complete relaxation, you don’t want to leave the hotel. Thank you to the hotel for the comfort and wonderful experience.
