The location is very convenient, close to the metro station. Nice neighborhood.The room is comfortable and the bathroom clean. Good value for money. It was very hot outside but the temperature in the room was fantastic, there wasn't air-conditioning but it didn't matter.There was parking space.

The receptionist was not very kind. Better don't ask him for anything if you don't want to get an angry look from him. He seems to forget that he is at the front desk to help guests. A piece of advice for the hotel: change the pillows. Very uncomfortable.

For those traveling on business, Hotel Mondial Comfort is an excellent good hotel , there are various restaurants and grocery stores near the hotel. The room has a small kettle of tea+coffee+sugar, hairdryer, fresh towels, small TV although I didn’t use it. To the center ~2km, to ~3km.

The downsides are the lack of breakfast and lighting on the stairs in the evening. Specifically, in the room I lived in, the windows did not close tightly. The street is busy and there is some noise, but for a person who is tired during the day, this is not a big disturbance.

The location was very accessible via public transport. I got an exceptionally large room, which was so spacious that I think it could be a conference room. My arrival was late, and I checked in with a code for the box outside, which was pretty convenient. Check-out was done by putting the key on the front desk. It might be a bit strange that I did not encounter any staff, but I was fine with it.

I was not able to turn off the fan in the toilet. The noise was a bit bothering but closing the bathroom door helped.

spacious room, really big. Nice big windows to open, mini fridge and walk in wardrobe. Nice comfy sofa. Kettle and tea/ coffee. Large bathroom. Staff were lovely, really helpful with directions and gave me additional tea.

Attention to detail for cleaning, lamp shades and rungs on the towel rail is all. Main stuff was all nice and clean, bedding and towels etc. Quite loud city noises overnight only because I'm a country girl :)

Everything was very clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, the bed mattress and pillow were comfortable, the bathroom was very functional (good water pressure, well functioning hair dryer, good lighting). I really enjoyed the privacy. The stuff communicated actively and was accommodating. Great location for Frankfurt to reach the business district and city center.

Clean and comfortable, all you need for a short stay but nothing else. The location is well connected by public transport and there's enough restaurants and bakeries at walking distance. It's a 20-25 minute walk or 2 ubahn stops to the City center.

The carpet in my room was stained, but not necessarily dirty. The rooms are very simple, but fine for a night lay over.

The location was quiet during my stay, and easy to reach by public transport. Also within walking distance from the center (ca. 30 min). A nice botanical garden in the area. The room was comfy and spacious. with all essentials needed for a single night stay. The opening times of the reception were limited, but the staff communicated all the basic info to access and check out well in advance.

No issues. But I only stayed one night.

For the cost of the hotel one cannot expect a luxurious hotel but everything was clean, the man from the front desk was very helpful and he even helped me to stay in the same room so I wouldn't have to change rooms the next day. Breakfast was the basic European breakfast.

The heating was not working very well and it was a cold night so I had to sleep with a jacket but I reported it the next morning and it was fixed by the next night

The hotel room was very spacious and well cleaned. The room had a living space with two armchairs and a desk area on one side, and the bed on the other side of the room. The hotel is very close to the campus, which was very practical for me as I needed to attend a conference there.

Unfortunately, because of the size of the room (and because I stayed there in December), it got quite cold during the night.

The room was very large, great shower, cleaned daily. The staff was amazing and friendly. Perfect location in a quiet street near transportation.l walking distance to the center and to the university

The beds were a bit too soft for us. No air conditioning but they did provide a fan. Not a lot of places to plug in devices in the room.
