I can't say enough positive comments about this property. It is over the top beautiful and in a wonderful location. The staff,without exception,was so welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to help us at every turn. The breakfast was beautifully displayed and the selection was one of the largest we've seen. Whatever you enjoy you could find. The service at the restaurants and bar was outstanding. The stunning room overlooked the town and had a balcony. The bed and bath linens were very high quality.

Exceptional hotel in a beautiful location makes this hotel a must when staying in Berchtesgaden. The hotel is immaculately presented, with large spacious rooms, delicious breakfasts and exceptionally attentive staff, who meet the needs of hotel guests. The rooms are warm in the summer months but staff provided fans which helped immensely. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to explore Bavaria and Lake Konigssee.

Staff were all really friendly, talkative and very helpful. The room was large and the facilities and views from the hotel were top notch. The breakfast was outstanding and the dinners were pretty good too. It is right in the centre of the town and very easy to get up the mountain, to Salzburg etc.

Very well maintained and run. Super friendly staff that really paid attention and made our experience feel personal. Absolutely beautiful location that offers something for everyone. Great food and facilities. Our little one loved the rooftop jacuzzi and we were able to use the babysitting services and also enjoy a massage and the saunas.

The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. The room seemed to lack ventilation. it got hot and stuffy even with the window open in the winter.

Location was nice and central and good parking for our car. Food was lovely and staff were nice and friendly and helpful.

Our room was a long walk from the main reception and other facilities ( because its a big complex) in the building and we weren't very close to our daughter staying in another room.

The location is superb, so close to everything. Hotel Edelweiss is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The room is very clean and very nice. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The laundry was done the same day - fresh and neat. They have three restaurants, and they are great!

Everything was perfect. The staff was so friendly and helpful including all wait staff at the restaurants and the bar!

I mentioned at checkout that there was a moldy smell coming through the bathroom sink faucet when turning the water on. He said he will have maintenance investigate.

The room was very large with excellent views. The furnishings in the bathroom were good. The furnishings in the bedroom were excellent: new and of high quality. The spa area is large and has excellent views of the mountains. The breakfast offers a wide range and the food is of high-quality. The location of the hotel is also perfect - it literally IS the centre of the town! All this for a very reasonable price.

Best hotel we stayed in at Bavaria. Centrally located to restaurants and souvenir shops. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The towel dryer was a plus! The breakfast buffet was amazing. Underground parking was available for a reasonable price.
