The location is really superb. I have a good view of the pier from my room.

The reception counter only opens at 1000 in the morning. It seems a bit late for tourists who want some help before going on the boat trip which normally starts from 0800. On my departure day, the counter was not yet officially staffed at 1015. When I raised a question, the cleaning lady needed to make a phone call to someone who can speak English so that my question could be answered by the gentleman through phone. The shower partition in the toilet of my room is not working properly. As the reception counter was always closed when I finished my dinner and went back to the hotel or when I went out for my trip in the morning. I could not request for any reparation during my stay.

we loved everything about this place🥰 starting with the entrance and meeting the amazing lady at the reception - very welcoming and warm person, ready to help anytime. so the first and foremost - we were offered to upgrade our room, because there was such possibility, for very budget-friendly amount of money, which we couldn’t refuse. the lake view just stole our hearts. in general room was very good, the building is old, but well-maintained and you can feel that it has its own character and history. i feel sorry for the people who complain about squeaky floor - guys, the building is old, but kept in a great condition. thanks a lot for the hotel staff, everything was above any expectations. much love, and we will def come next year!

The hotel is in a Perfect location!!! Walk out your door to overlooking a BEAUTIFUL lake along with shops and delicious Cafes. Hiking, boating, shopping, restaurants-cafes, etc. are right at your feet. Looking out my window to beautiful Lake Konigssee was awesome. I loved the feel of this boutique hotel. The breakfast was alway delicious and the staff became almost like family. Olga was amazing....we hated to say goodbye to her......we said Until Next Time!!! We will definitely go back to this Little Gem of a boutique hotel!!! Eagles Nest, Mt. Jenner-within walking distance, Eibsee and Zugspitze are only a few miles away! AWESOME!!!

It was perfect in every way.......NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL!!!

We had a room with a balcony. The view from the balcony is so beautiful. It is the best view a hotel can offer in the Könnigsee. Boat rides just start in front of the hotel. The hotel is situated just at the start of the sea. The nearest bus stop is just 3-4 minutes away. The hotel itself gives you a feeling of old times because of its architecture and interiors. The bathroom was a little bit small but was nice and clean.

Great location, good breakfast, spacious rooms with balconies. Recomend.

Location is iconic. You are right at the docks on Konigsee.

I didn’t verify after check-in, so I didn’t give the hotel staff a chance to “verify or make it right”. I paid for a Lake view and was given room #21 which overlooked the back of the adjacent restaurant. I could see the water from my balcony so maybe that is what they counted.

Our whole experience was spectacular. Our room had a balcony with an amazing view and that was completely unexpected. Everything was super clean and well organized. One of the biggest qualities, in our opinion, was how polite and helpful the staff was. The lady who did our check-in was lovely and we felt at home at this place, which is located right in front of the Königssee. We're looking forward to our next stay here!
