I booked a suite which was large and well appointed. The living room area was comfortable and allowed great space to spread out and unwind in. There was an additional toilet which I was not expecting and was a nice surprise. The bedroom was large and on the corner with plenty of light. The bed was very comfortable and the individual bedding was soft. The main bathroom was very well appointed with a large shower, bath, double vanity and separated toilet. Overall I was very happy with the suite and would definitely return.

I don't think the hotel could've improved on my stay.

Breakfest were awesome and the beds were very comfortable

Staff kept coming in our room even the room has been cleaned in the morning... We were laying in the bed in the afternoon and someone just came in our room! The same thing happened on the other day. On the 3rd day I was going to avoid it so I put "do not disturb" sign on the door. Guess what... someone came again! And! After 5 minutes I told them to go away ANOTHER person came knocking on the door! Leave us alone!! If you want to spend some intimate time with your beloved I advise you to choose a different hotel.

The hotel is a very short walk from Alexanderplatz station, making it convenient and easy to access. The room was a decent size and the espresso maker and electric kettle were much appreciated as many hotels don't have these amenities in their rooms. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful and when I discovered my kettle was leaking at 11pm, a staff member kindly brought me a new one within 5 minutes. Nice decor, comfy bedding (though the mattress was a bit hard) and great black out curtains ensuring a peaceful sleep. I had a full day to spend in Berlin and it was nice to know I could leave my luggage at the hotel even after checking out. Would definitely stay here again!

Bed was a bit hard, but not unmanageable. Otherwise all was great.

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to the train station. We took the train from BER airport towards Alexanderplatz train station and walked for 5 minutes up to the hotel. The tram and metro are also nearby, just a few minutes' walk away. Additionally, not too far, there is a coffee shop and a Kaufland store in case you need to buy anything. The bathrooms have heated floors, and the room was clean and nice

The noise inside the room was a bit disturbing. It almost felt like we were outside, as the windows were not properly isolating the room.

Beds were very comfortable, I had access to an ironing board and iris’s requested, the breakfasts were fantastic something for everyone !

We lost a nights sleep due to a fault with the plumbing in the toilet -it wouldn’t stop flushing was late& I told the staff first thing in the morning- assuming they wouldn’t have been able to fix it,during the night - however this was Germany not uk -I was assured they could have fixed it ! And because we didn’t mention it during the night we didn’t get any refund,we lost a nights sleep which was my only complaint. Other then that this was a fantastic hotel.

Perfect location for sightseeing-close to transportation. Walking distance to restaurants etc. Excellent hot, and continental breakfast at reasonable price. Good service, a bit impersonal due to this being a large hotel--catering to groups and business conference center next door. Room large by European standards. Very clean. Bathroom spotless and plenty of hot water. Very good quality linen. Complimentary water apprciated. Coffee maker came with clear instructions. Restaurant has decent menu and full bar, good service. Bakery and grocery store around corner. Was able to check in early--makes a huge difference to overnight travelers arriving tired and super early in the AM. Thank you!

Overall good stay. Desk staff a bit impersonal--but probably due to hotel being quite large--saw many groups and business conference attendees. Room carpet had a few permanent blotches--but clean and good quality linen.

The location was great - within walking distance of several sites and very near a lot of bus and tram stops and various eateries. Breakfast was varied and filling, and staff in general were nice and helpful. My room was spacious and clean, and I especially liked the pictures of Berlin in it. The pillows and blanket were the softest I had ever had in a hotel, and the bed was big and comfortable.

The cleaning service was highly unreliable, even if you had left the "Please make up my room" sign. I understand it is a big hotel with lots of rooms but I cannot excuse them not having cleaned my room in the 3-4 hours I was gone. I also did not appreciate having to ask for a "Do not disturb" sign specifically, as there was none in my room. Because of that, I was disturbed by the cleaning staff twice in one day. They even startled me the first time as I was sleeping. This is definitely something to improve upon.

Amazing city so much to see and do . Public transport is brill for getting around. Quirky bars - Riverside dining -Sunday Park markets - retail shops and many cultural experiences Architecture phenomenal the list goes on ! !Hotel great location and was fantastic staff very friendly Executive lounge use with our room was excellent choice with sacks 7am till 10pm Inc beer & wine Had a great start to the day with continental breakfast so could go off sightseeing . Finished our stay with lunch with window table up at the Telekom Tower to see this amazing city in its full splendour just super.

Nothing ! Fab trip

The hotel was very well located and people were super friendly. The hotel has gym, restaurant and bed is super comfy. I found a bug plus the fact you can pay a little extra to have a late check out, so you don’t have to rush your morning.

That the staff came into my room and open while I was having a shower. And he wouldn’t leave until I answered whether the stock on the fridge was ok or no. Should have been more careful! Privacy is priority for guests.

staff were very friendly and accommodating. asked for an iron and one was brought very quickly. room service was brilliant and the room was cleaned and refreshed daily. On check out the weather was awful and while we had planned to explore before our flight we instead stayed and they let us use the executive lounge after checkout which was very kind. we stayed in a suite which was huge. 2 toilets and the bathroom one was very large. massive comfortable bed and a sofa bed in the lounge area. lots of wardrobe space and we never felt cramped. 5 minute walk to the s bahn. executive lounge was very nice with a selection of drinks and snacks and never very busy.

nothing. location was great, breakfast delicious and it was very clean. there was nothing i can pick fault with.
