amazing location and very clean

the breakfast room was to small and couldn’t accommodate all the guests, there was nowhere to wait and staff had to send people away.

In general we enjoyed our stay, we had a family room for two adults and 2 kids. The hotel is located next to Alexanderplatz and its easy to move around by foot and by different public transport. Rooms were very quiet, we did not hear other people walking around or talking. Breakfast was good (croissants, muffins, bread, toast, eggs, different sausages and ham, cheese, joghurt etc).

We had a family room for four, unfortunately we did not have refigerator in the room. There was also not a lot of room to hang clothes. According to other reviews it was said that the personnel is really friendly, unfortunately this was not what we experienced, some were friendly, but others were snarky and when asking for help, they helped, but it seemed as if we bothered them. It was also quite suprising that when asking for directions to some famous places, they did not know. We had to ask to look more info in German, because it was not very clear in English.

First of all, I must say that the hotel was really good for its price. The location of the hotel was very central and very close to public transport. We could reach everywhere by walking or by using public transport, we could easily reach long distances.

The shower in the room was a bit small and the drain seemed clogged. I would prefer to have disposable slippers and a mini fridge in the room. Other than that, everything was very good, especially the beds were very comfortable.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. The hotel is in an excellent location in all respects. Close to the train and subway. The rooms are clean and of a high standard. The breakfast is very good. The beds are comfortable, the hotel staff is young, kind and helpful with any question. We highly recommend the hotel.

The elevator is very slow There is no safe and refrigerator in the room but it's not something that detracted from the overall experience

Excellent position for all transport and central Berlin amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was pleasant and a good size compared to many I have experienced with a good practical layout and facilities including desk, sofa and chair and a large modern wall-mounted TV. Breakfast was fine and everywhere was clean and tidy.

Lift was a little slow but not a major issue. Could have been a little more variety for breakfast e.g scrambled egg as well as boiled etc.

Breakfast was terrific in a lovely room. The accommodation is very practical and clean. No razzamattaz but a peaceful well organised room. Reception staffvery helpful. The location was served by two tramlines. In an interesting area.

The location! And the offered breakfast was really good.

Is advertised as having AC. But my room didn't have it. A fan was offered by the staff. But it definitely has no AC. Also it seems like it's a European norm, but no mini fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker, and an extremely small bathroom.

Great hotel very comfortable room with everything I needed the breakfast was great too and even featured gluten free and other allergy friendly food. The location was awesome with great transport links to Berlin highly recommend this hotel and the staff were also great

Was a little bit pricy but was worth it

Pleasant short stay in Berlin City center close by Alexanderplatz and TV tower. Usually stopping by this spot for business and what I like the most is when you have fairs in Berlin you always find rooms available. That's great! Breakfast is very correct without being amazing though.

Nothing except one woman at the receipt who is not always friendly with people...

The hotel is great, located in a great place, very communicative. The staff was realty friendly and helpful. Big comfy beds, too!

There's a club across the street and on Fridays and Saturdays there's some noise bleeding in. Nothing too serious, but if you're a very light sleeper, it might disturb you.
