I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel for 4 days and I would like to express my admiration for the services and the perfect location. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were fantastic. They were professional and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and comfortable. The rooms were very tidy and incredibly clean. Everything in the room, from the furniture to the bathroom, was in excellent condition and the attention to detail ensured a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, both in the room and in the hotel facilities, which greatly contributed to my comfort during my stay. The interaction with the reception staff was also outstanding. They were always ready to help and provide guidance, and they efficiently handled any inquiries or requests. What added to the experience was the hotel’s more than wonderful location. It is situated close to shopping and leisure areas, as well as restaurants and all the main attractions of the city, making it easy and enjoyable to explore the area. Overall, my experience at this hotel was excellent and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service in a strategic location. I will definitely return to stay here in the future.

pillows are not comfortable

The room felt well-kept and clean, recently renovated. The area is great for tourists looking to find themselves at Alexanderplatz, Museum Island, Reichstag and Tiergarten. There's a lot in the area to get to, and there are good transit options once you land at Alexanderplatz station. There's a vegan restaurant on the ground floor, outside that had great sushi. Overall had an amazing sleep here, it was very quiet and safe.

Keeping in mind this is a "budget" hotel, the immediate area is a bit lacking in liveliness and it's about 5-10 minutes walk to the U-bahn beside a busy highway (though there are streetcars almost right beside), and the linens were on the rougher side, though very clean and comfortable for sleeping.

The hotel is in a great location; only a ten-minute walk from Alexanderplatz and accessible by train, tram and bus. The room, and the hotel generally, were spotlessly clean and the room looked to be recently decorated or at least very well maintained. Breakfast was included in our rate and was perfect for us - fresh coffee and bread, cold meats and cheeses, salad and cereals - not the most fancy hotel breakfast but everything you need and it was decent quality. Because the place is such good value for money, it was very busy, especially during breakfast time however, as breakfast runs until 10.00 it was possible to find a table each day. In the room, the shower and sink are in the main area of the room and the shower door opens into the room, so keep that in mind if you are sharing as there is no private area once exiting the shower.

city ​​center. a small room that is suitable for those who only plan to spend the night and walk around the city during the day. There is a large bed, a table, a chair, a towel, a TV, narrow full-length mirror, and there was also breakfast (buffet). the TV tower could be seen from the window. The room was cleaned. the staff is very friendly. next to the hotel, a very good transport interchange, cafes, pharmacies.

sometimes there was car noise from the street, but this is not the hotel's problem. there were not enough shampoos and hair dryers in the room (but you can ask for a hair dryer at the reception). the shower cabin had a curtain, not separated in the bathroom

the location is good, about 10min. walk from alexanderplatz. very quiet location. the breakfast is absolutely sufficient. no hot dishes, but the sandwiches etc. are delicious and there are also vegetarian bread spreads. staff is friendly. for the price-performance ratio absolutely ok and i would come again.

the room is rather small and the sink is directly in the room, not in a separate bathroom. the shower looks more like one in an airplane (or hotel rooms in japan). but for the price it is ok. unfortunately there is no hairdryer in the room, this can be rented for a 10 euro deposit at the reception.

Room was clean and comfortable. 1 tram station away to alexanderplatz metro station and all almost all trams (M4 M5 M6) from Otto Braun to go there. Everyday room was cleaned and towels were refreshed by hotel personnel. Hotel personnel helped a lot while i need something.

There were no fridge in the room. This was a big minus. For hairdryer you need to pay 20 eu deposit. (This is understandable but weird. Get a travel hairdryer from saturn on alexanderplatz for 10 eu)

Great location and very simple to access. Easy walking distance to local cafes and a wonderful restaurant underneath called KIM999. Tram stop one minute walk away and Alexanderplatz 10 min walk away.

The room was great but could have been cleaner, just spotted some hairs laying around in different places. Housekeeping not knocking before entering, letting themselves in whilst we were sleeping and woke us up to put fresh towels down and change the bin. We weren't bothered too much and actually found it funny, we could have been doing anything and that would have been embarrassing 😂

A very basic room, but very pleasant overall and in a great location for access to Alexanderplatz. The staff were very friendly, and the facilities in the lobby were good - you can make your stay comfortable! The car park worked well, and dog rate was also very reasonable!

The room was definitely missing a side table for the bed - there was a plug to charge something, but nowhere to place it. In the shoulder season the ventilation also seemed a bit off, with the room getting very stuffy very quickly and when you open the window you have all the noise from the road, so you have to alternate between stuffy and quiet, or loud and fresh, which was less than ideal.

The hotel was clean, with rooms that were simple yet comfortable. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, close to public transport, and major attractions. Despite being a budget option, I encountered no issues during my stay. If you’re looking for an affordable and hassle-free stay in Berlin, this hotel is a great choice.

Perfect location, its just minutes walk to main square of Alexanderplatz and near to the train station. Tram and bus stop are just around the corner. So easy to get to the main attractions because of the close accessibility of public transport. We even had the chance to visit potsdam. We are on the 5th floor and had a wonderful view of the tv tower. Wifi is good, never had a problem connecting to internet. Good value for money.

No microwave and water heater (for making coffee or tea) in the room. But it helps that they have the 24-hour reception service downstairs. Noisy toilet and doors. We heard it mostly at night when its a bit quiet. Had also heard the neighbor room banging the door.
