Extensive breakfast buffet and quite central location. I liked the fitness area with a nice view from the top floor. Also, good shower.

The area under my window had uncollected garbage and building materials, which is detrimental to the view outside and overall experience. Also, I was lectured at the breakfast buffet about taking some bread for lunch, with all staff watching me, this was an unpleasant experience.

Good location, comfortable bed and friendly staff.

The bathroom is outdated and the drain in the shower wasn’t working properly. The water was taking way too long to go down causing a small flood.

Convenient location, close to Alexander Platz. Good breakfast, there is a vegan section with a variety of options like champignon balls, sausages, yogurts and deserts. Regular food also has a lot of kinds of cheese, meat and sausages. Some pastry and deserts, quite enough of seasoned fruits ( watermelon, peaches). There is a smoked fish, mackerel and salmon, but it's quite fatty. Clean rooms, all necessary things there. Coffee maker. The staff is welcome, polite and solves our requests. A big bottle of still drinking water every day, saves us especially in summer.

Just small things. The first floor is not accessible by elevator, you can go to the upper one, and then use stairs, or just go directly only by stairs. Initially we asked for the double bed, but it was said it probably would not be arranged. On the second day we asked to change, and they were very welcome and did the changes. But the new room had a broken air conditioner, so we had to open windows at night where it was quite loudy ( right near the smoking place). It is just a small thing and we were happy to have big good double bed.

Big and comfortable rooms, pet friendly, good location, clean. Hotel location is good, wifi is good.

Hotel is very big and comparatively, breakfast buffet area is small, and it's a bit of a battle in the morning to get food and find a table. Parking is appreciated but its management is inconvenient: there are 3 parkings, and automated signs at entrance telling if there are free spaces left. However, several times the only free space left was the place for disabled. Then you have to get out, but to get out again, you need to validate the ticket at reception. There is usually a queue at the understaffed reception. I believe for a fee of 20€ per day the parking should be organized in a more practical manner.

Excellent hotel. Clean, modern and welcoming. Staff, from the front reception, bar, cleaning & the baggage guy were all very friendly, helpful and courteous. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve had in recent memory and the shower was awesome too. Only one slight, very slight mark against would be that with the traffic lights it’s almost a 20 minute walk from/to Alexanderplatz so it’s not located on Alexanderplatz. However, we did enjoy the vibe building the nearer we got to Alexanderplatz. Overall, it’s a great hotel and would highly recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.

Comfy, modern and clean room in a location close to Alexanderplatz but still easily reachable by car, with convenient parking. Quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Decent breakfast with an option to eat in the building's backyard garden. The building is recently renovated but you can still feel the vibe of GDR bureaucrats who used to have their offices here.

I dislike the trend where hotels try to persuade guests to forego housekeeping, ostensibly to save the environment but more likely to cut staff costs. This hotel had a digital information tablet in the room that used manipulative design to trick guests into opting out of service. I am happy to reuse my towel, but preserving staff jobs is more important to me than the questionable environmental benefits of not having my bed made.

Check-in and check out completely without problem, it took nearly no time at all. Staff at the reception kindly gave us a room facing the inner garden (as we asked before because I have problems with sleeping when exposed to traffic noice - this was completely fine). It is possible to easily move the furniture and make more space in the room (for some morning exercise). The bathroom was clean and comfortable (as well as the room itself). Provided cups are big enough for tea as well, which we really appreciated - one usually gets just the little cups for coffee at hotels. A|fter arrival, you can say (via tablet at the room) that you do not need cleaning of the room every day, which is nice sustainable option when you come just for a couple of days.

There is only a coffee maker, not a kettle - the coffee maker can also prepare tea, but it takes more time and needs refilling the reservoir when you want to make 2 cups of tea; it also smells as coffee during the preparation. But it works, so the problem is just that it is not that comfortable. The mattresses were too soft for us.

Good location, comfortable bed and large shower. Didn't use the TV, but it was big and right next to the bed. Didn't choose breakfast as it seemed too expensive for a buffet, so went to a nearby breakfast place instead. There is a nice park nearby with Central Park vibes, fairytale-themed with interesting animal sculptures and fountains, and a small Japanese-themed area.

The hotel building might be outdated for its 4-star purpose. Chose the hotel on Booking.com specifically to have a spa/sauna experience while in Berlin. Was informed upon arrival that the sauna center didn't work. Though I had the chance to have a bigger room than normally for this price, heating didn't work, so after fiddling with fan and temperature controls we called the reception. The hotel staff came and offered an exactly the same room next to ours where heating worked, so we quickly moved, but it ended up seeming like they already knew about the issue and came prepared with the alternative. Overall, I've stayed in 3-star hotels that feel better run and modern, so really didn't feel like a 4-star experience due to the overall building and facilities look and feel.

The location is excellent. Just a short walk from the tram and close to Alexander Platz. The hotel is located in a nice area with many amenities, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. The hotel and room were clean and the service was good. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices and quality food.

My room was on the first floor facing the parking lot and the 'service' entrance... after 6am there is so much noise outside that it is almost impossible to sleep (the soundproofing was terrible). Pillows are weird and uncomfortable.

Room was large enough, included a couple chairs. Nice bed and pillows. Large bathroom. Clean. Coffee in room. Decent tv. AC! Refrig. Room cleaned daily. We had a rear courtyard room and it was very quiet. Some nearby restaurants and a grocery behind hotel. On a busy street, but it’s peaceful enough. Close to Prenzlaurberg, Friedrichshain, Alexanderplatz. You could probably walk to museum isle in half an hour. Relatively easy and cheap to get to or from Brandenburg airport using one abc ticket, on train and then tram or bus. However, if you have an early morning flight and need a taxi, that will cost 60 to70 euro. Would stay here again.

They have a nice breakfast, but a bit too expensive.
