Booked a room for 3 and we were given a big spacious room. The staff were polite and friendly and did their best to help us with any problems despite us not knowing even a word of German. Bathroom was clean.

Bathrooms are transparent and not soundproof. I found it uncomfortable knowing that I could be heard when on the toilet by the others in my room.

The location at Ku’damm was super convenient. The front desk team was very welcoming and accommodating to requests. The room was always clean and the housekeeping personnel friendly. The hotel gem: The spa is offering massage treatments by an excellent physiotherapist.

The breakfast is closing at 10:30 during the week. The restaurant staff (while friendly) actively reminds guests about the closing time while they are finishing their breakfast at the table. This seemed a bit pushy and there may be room for improvement to improve the breakfast experience.

Great location and pleasant decor. Convenient underground parking, but numbr of places short and limited. Very friendly and helpful staff. (Martin is worth to recognize). Good breakfasts. Well-equipped room, incl. with a fridge

Nothing will disturb a nice visit to Berlin but the hotel has some – let us say – drawbacks. Problem with sockets: power to fridge or espresso machine or kettle. And you also need sockets to charge various devices. Glass bathroom door difficult to close, so there is elementary problem with some intimacy (experience from a given room, others may have a different arrangement)

Place near Berlin Zoo, shopping street but at the same time - very calm for night rest. Tiergarten ir just 15 minutes on foot, comfortable to reach public transport if needed. Loved the room, bed is super comfortable, breakfast - great , you will find and 4 types of fresh yoghurt, seeds, cheese, many types of meat for sandwiches, hot meals for breakfast (loved pancakes), many types of morning desserts, coffee - amazing, but the coffee machine could be faster :) Hotel environment is beautiful, loved glass pictures and the style is at every room the same. Bath room is clean, comfortable, towels fresh and clean - loved everything. Loved the staff - at breakfast room staff work quickly, super polite and smiling) reception - best wishes and your are super awesome :) Thank you for breakfast to take away as we had to leave early, it was delicious and fresh, thanks for my special rye bread and cheese sandwich with brie :)

There could be more air, the window does not open fully and 2 of 3 windows do not have the opening. Our room was to inner yard - medical help station garage is at the same yard, you can hear some night talks if the window is open but it is not loud, you can relax really good. There was a hotel bicycles, we understood that we can rent them just the last day, so advice - reception can advice guests that there is possibility to rent them :)

We had a split level 2 bedroom apartment with a fold out sofa bed downstairs with en-suite shower/toilet. Upstairs was super comfy king-size bed with large bathroom, 2 sinks, bath & shower - good storage space too. Great little kitchenette with hob, kettle and coffee machine. Word of warning quite a long staircase which was fine for us but maybe not for young children. Excellent staff, super friendly and helpful - a special mention to Andrea who was wonderful!

Could have a little more plates and bowls for the kitchen otherwise no negative comments.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The check in was smooth and we received enough room cards for all three of us. The terrace was a bit inconveniently placed but overall no issues. The room itself was spacious, clean and full of amenities like Nespresso machine and capsules, two TVs, dressing area and plenty of storage. Bathroom had all the hotel bits and pieces you need when you travel.

I was travelling with my two teenage boys 13 & 15 years old. I enquired about this room prior to our arrival and no one warned me that the bathroom is made entirely out of 80% see through glass and is placed in the middle of the room. Which made showering and changing a complete nightmare. Imagine how inconvenient and awkward this was for us. I raised my concern to the staff however was not compensated for this struggle.

Excellent location, very close to metro, and railway station (Berlin ZOO), and close to a number of tourist attractions. Hotel is very bright, modern and it feels nice. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. Coffee machine and electric kettle in the room. There is a italian restaurant chain - Vapiano just round the corner. Lidl grocery shop is also next street.

Breakfast is an option, but for me it feels a bit expensive, especially if you are with your kids. But it is a very solid offer, generally the same as in many other hotels in this class. Next time I will eat outside to get more variety and cheaper offerings. Parking also seems expensive, probably due to fact that it is small and they want to limit the access. Nevertheless, there is a parking garage just opposite the hotel that seems spacious enough.

Brilliant breakfast. Cosy room . Right next to K'damm station !!!

All these are absolutely minor points - but might be helpful . I am nearly 78 and use a stick to walk . Needed something to hold on to in shower when I close my eyes . Shower head could have been above rather than at side . Transition from WHB to shower involved what seemed to be a very slight change of level . Water in morning at WHB took ages to get from cold to warm. TV / remote control - took me ages to figure out how to get from H10 channel to other channels / change from German to English . Seat in hotel foyer pretty low (difficult to get up from) . Would be nice to have at least one medium/high seat available with arms to sit on . Had to walk out to Five Guys one evening because restaurant was effectively closed / reserved for very large party booking.

The most what I liked is the location of this Hotel . It located at about 200 m from the shopping street - Kurfurstendamm. The place is very lively dotted with cafe , restro bar and street foods. There are great shopping options. The city ride buses are also available at walking distance from the hotel . The train station is about 10 mins walking distance from the hotel .

Everything was great . It would have been superb had there been little variation in the breakfast menu.

Location, terrace, very good breakfast! Great choice of food and good service in the restaurant and reception.

Cleaning team obviously needs improvement… we had problems with water evacuation in the shower, so they didn’t clean after repare person’s visit. All the shower was dirty. The next day they didn’t clean the shower again, and forgot the duster in the bathroom) the room also was cleaned not very properly sometimes.
