The staff was helpful, even after I was late for check-in, after 11pm. They didn't ask for the late check-in fee, which was a pleasant surprise. They helped me with printing some important documents for me, and offered me free breakfast. Sleep quality was good.

Would recommend some signage for new guests which have no clue, the rooms are on the second and third floor of the building. Also I didn't pay attention to the fact that there was no toilet in the room, just on the hallway, but overall the stay was pleasant.

Good location, great restaurants and cafes nearby. ,staff was very friendly and accomadating 👌 . The room very clean and the towels changed often. , water in the shower was great. Definitely, we will be back 😀.

In the summer it gets very hot and there isn't much to do in terms of cooling down, a fan in the room would've made a great stay even better.

All staff is extremely helpful, pleasant, speaking English/russian/german. Property itself was a bit different in a way that the building is not new. No elevator and the room was 3rd floor. Was a bit challenging with the stroller and 74year old. But staff made it the best experience! Location was great! Overall, great value for the price.

Location is excellent, interesting older building from a different era.

Wifi has a dead zone in room 6, and needs a repeater. Literally no wifi at the end of the hall. Otherwise, all was okay.

It was pretty comfortable and location wasn’t bad

- In the morning, someone was making a lot of noice outside in the backyard. They were cleaning somethinf but it was really loud. So it wake us up. - If you coming by car prepare yourself to pay for the parking because there are no empty parking place on the street around the hotel - Receptionist didn’t speak english properly. I mean yeah we are in Germany it’s not a surprise but still. It’s a hotel so the person whos isworking in should know a bit more.

The area and shops surrounding are within walking distance of. A very convenient hotel in terms of budget, location .

My only complaint was the internet connection to the room.

Ideal location in the lovely area of Savignyplatz. Perfectly clean, great value for money. Ideal for solo traveller. Also perfect for couple or group seeking budget accommodation.

Only downside for some people might be the two flights of stairs up to their Reception, plus another flight of stairs if you're staying on their first floor. This won't suit a lot of people.

The hotel has a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was clean and comfortable. They helped us to keep our luggage without any problem. I'm highly recommended.
