Location, amenities, quality, restaurant - all great as always!

The new staff (it was our second trip to this hotel, the staff that was still there since July was same splendid) was lacking some expertise, smile and eagerness to help or tell more about the hotel. One lady tried to get in our room without knocking, another lady’s response to all our questions was “I’m not sure/I don’t know”. This was little bit upsetting.

- The breakfast is very expensive, maybe consider lowering the price. - The lounge seating had a lot of stains so we ended up not sitting there!

Very helpful, professional and friendly staffs, the whole team in this hotel provided excellent service, make my stay extremely pleasant! Room facilities are high quality with fine details, hotel in a great location, easy access to everywhere. Restaurant also offered decent foods for fair prices. In overall, I am quite impressed by this modern design hotel and definitely would like to recommend to friends and other travelers!

Kitchen has everything needed except no cooking oil.

The atmosphere was very clean and relaxing from the rooms to the hallways all the way down to the sauna/fitness room. The location was perfect for the day we spent at the zoo/aquarium and the train was close enough for everything else. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved everything starting from the really nice and modern interior and ending with the very helpful and friendly personnel! Too bad that we didn't get to try out the Porsche but that's something to do the next time we go to Berlin! :) P.S. It was nice to finally see a double bed with a single mattress.

If I had to nitpick, the room could have been a tiny bit larger and the sofa looked cool but wasn't comfortable to sit on. However, all in all it was a really nice stay!

Honestly it is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! The room looked awesome, you could tell that an architect designed it, everything was thought out and we loved the little garden. We also loved that they upgraded our room with no extra cost and everything in the fridge was free and they refilled it everyday. This was especially helpful because the nearest store is at a 15-20 minutes walk. But at the same time the area is well connected with the city and you can get to most of the major attractions in 20-30 minutes if you take the S-Bahn.

The neighborhood looks awesome, it is full of new buildings with great architecture, but the stores and restaurants are a bit far. We felt a bit isolated and the area was a bit too chill and quiet for us, but this is not the hotel's fault. Also the food at the restaurant is average at best, you can eat way better asian food all around Berlin.

The location was great. Nice and quiet neighborhood, but close enough to the action. The apartment was sunny, airy, and bright. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was large and well equipped.

The kitchen space, design, and equipment was very disappointing. There was no freezer space, even though a full size combo fridge/freezer could fit. So much kitchen cabinetry, that was wasted space. Lack of cooking equipment to use microwave/grill combo. Quite a few simple things could be added, q small dustpan and broom, a dish drying rack, soft dish cloth to wash dishes. Instead of coffee pods, a French press or pour over cone.

I've been in Berlin several times, but I never got a positive hotel experience as I had at KPM Hotel & Residences: the modernity and cleanness of the structure itself, the precise daily tideness of the rooms (also very spacious and with a very good ac system), the possibility to consume the waters and drinks from the fridge free-of-charge (or for example to also been able to use the fitness/sauna for free), the tranquillity of the neighborhood and the proximity to the Tiergarten and the Ku'Damm, for both nature and shopping; but above all the professionality and kindess of the whole stuff, from the reception to the cleaning staff, always welcoming you with a smile and able to take in any request or to solve any kind of problem we could have (we lost a key card).

Loved the asian restaurant so much I ate there every day. Also the breakfast was delicious including classical options, mini pancakes, bretzels and my favourite: stir fried vegetables and rice. Location fantastic - on a quiet street but just 5 minutes walk from the S bahn with a direct connection to the hbf. Bed was comfy

Some of the staff in the restaurant were unfriendly. Didn't appreciate being woken at 08.30 on a Monday morning by the cleaner entering the room- would at least like to be warned in advance that they start so early. Breakfast runs until 10.30 so didnt expect them to come before that! Could have done with an information book describing how all the high tech equipment works and also basic info about facilities- maybe it was there but I couldn't find it. None of this detracts from an amazing stay!
