Great value for money, great location, small room for 1 person with everything I need. I paid about 50 Euro for night, I guess it’s minimum price for a nice 1-person room in Berlin centre. Is compatible to a hostel price, but here you get way more comfort. Is a dormitory system, so toilet and bathroom are shared, I personally have absolutely no problems with that. I could always find a free bathroom, and it was clean and nice. I also like the architecture Altbau style of the building, it has its own charm. It’s also very quiet.

The only thing that bothered me was the smell in the room, most probably from the carpeting

A sympathetic hotel in a good location just two tram stops from Alexanderplatz. Everything inside was clean and new or renovated. It's an old building so the rooms and layout varied, I guess it's not originally meant to be a hotel. The street noises were not audible because the hotel locates behind another building. There was a closed port between the street and the hotel. There's no restaurant but on the street near the hotel you'll find some kind of a kebab house - and a laundromat! I took only two pairs of clothes and washed them. This hotel was a nice find!

Personally I had no complaints at all, but there are some things to take into consideration. There's just stairs, no elevator. Men had toilets on the 2nd floor and women on the 3rd floor, although there was a single unisex WC on the same floor. So probably you'll have to take some steps to go to the bathroom. The room doors are not sound isolated and conversations from another room and corridor can be heard. Luckily there's only some rooms on the same side of each floor so the chances are that you won't get any noisy neighbours. During my stay there was very quiet and peaceful. All the visitors seemed to respect this calmness.

It was minutes from the tram station. I arrived past noon and the room was already ready for check in. Toilets and bathrooms are shared and clean. One hair dryer in the shower but I didn't have to wait long to use it cause I bathed at night. The receptionist kindly boiled and filled hot water into my tumbler.

The mattress was rather thin, I could feel the wood slabs, but it I still managed to sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Would be great to have a water filer somewhere so that guests can fill water. The shower is not divided by gender on my floor. There are two showers in the bathroom.

The property is in a really good spot with a tram spot just a 2 minute walk out the front door. If you’d like to walk alexanderplatz is also very close in proximity. Location was clean and then cleaners regularly came through. The room got quite warm but there is a fan provided which helped

The bed was not comfortable and creaked every time I moved so as a light sleeper this was a bit of a nightmare. I was unaware there would be a code for the front door which could have been confusing if not for the man next door walking through at the same time. Might be good if this is specified! They mention no lift but this is tough if you’re on the 3rd or 4th floor with luggage

It was pretty clean, with very comfortable beds! The location is absolutely amazing, just 2 min from the train stop which takes you to the city center. The staff is friendly. Perfect for short stays, but I wouldn't mind staying even longer. I would defenitely come back.

As we entered the room it was a bit stinky, but we aired and the smell disappeared. It would be good if private rooms had private toilets. We did not mind that the walls and doors were thin and we could hear people passing the corridors, but I would not recommend it to people with light sleep.

The stuff is friendly. The property is kept clean every time. Although toilets and shower cabins are common, they are clean. The location is good. Alexanderplatz is located nearby and you can easily get to the city center via metro, trains, buses, etc.

The walls are very thin, so noise isolation is extremely low. what’s more, there are no basic facilities like kettle, microwave, fridge not only in the room but even in the common area as well.. It was extremely uncomfortable because there was no opportunity to have tea/coffee, to store products from grocery stores, to warm up food. this is a great disadvantage.

This hotel was absolutely 10/10! The room was spacious, bright, very clean and very comfortable. The toilets were very clean and the showers offered us a lot of privacy. It was not loud at night. The staff was lovely. The location is the absolute best part of this hotel!! It made my time in Berlin even better. Looking forward to stay here again :)

Nothing wrong with this hotel. I only have a suggestion, I'd wish we had a mini fridge in the room, or that there were kitchen facilities where we could prepare/heat up our meals. When traveling on a budget (and that's the reason we choose hostels), not eating take away every day makes a big difference :)

Place was spotless. Peculiarly white interior, but there were no outlandish decorations. It was functional and I liked that. What I liked the most was that it was very quiet at night, didn't hear a peep so I slept very well. I came to Berlin for a show and at time of writing I have booked the hotel again for an upcoming event. Location is unbelievably good. Could get anywhere in Berlin with greatest of ease.

I have no complaints for the simple reason that I spent €95 for two nights in my own private room in a central location.

The hotel was clean and pleasing to the eye, I loved the black and white design. each staff member was polite, kind and helpful, I had to extend my stay multiple times and each time they made it quick and easy. the bathrooms and toilets were clean too, and location is amazing for the low price.

I think there was no kitchen, at least I didn't see it. But I'm not 100% sure about that because I didn't ask about it either

Hotel was clean, quiet, modern, next to a tram station and at 1,5 km from Alexanderplatz station. Room was brighty and spacious for a solo traveller. Keycard to enter and lock the doors. Bathroom clean and really functional, equipped with soap and hairdryers. Window facing a courtyard so I didn't hear any noise from the street. Nice staff. I suggest this hotel

I usually don't use to sleep on a futon matress but this one was comfortable enought
