The room was spacious and clean. Infact the whole hotel felt spacious. I didn't find the noise of the trains intrusive so the double glass in the window did its job. Good choice for breakfast included and the room had kettle, tea, coffee and milk to make a drink.

I am allergic to house dust mites. When I opened the curtains I sneezed. I wonder how often they are cleaned/ vacuumed? Didn't like paying €100 extra for the Saturday night stay over the price for the other nights Restaurant staff very helpful and very friendly, reception staff also helpful but less friendly

First, the location is excellent. Just a few minutes walk to "Uhlandstraße" underground station and bus stations on the way. Secondly, the staff is friendly. Thirdly, the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was big and pleasant. Bathroom is nice & clean. Plus a kettle & packets of tea and coffee. Breakfast was good with lots of food to choose from and a variety of beverages. To sum it all up, great stay & great service! Highly recommended!

We kept on looking for a "brewed, purely black coffee" for our breakfast. Unfortunately, unavailable?! The huge modern coffee machines are only useful for persons who like to have exotic drinks like Espresso, Latte Macchiato, etc... for breakfast. We are simply "old school" and would rather prefer to have a "Thermos of Coffee" being served on our table.

The room was nice size and clean, the bed was small for being a queen size bed. The breakfast was wonderful, the staff was also wonderful very helpful. Yuri, Marin, and Marie were all very helpful in making our shuttle to the airport reservations and providing helpful tips for getting around.

The hotel is right next to the street car tracks and they are very loud, it made it very difficult to sleep. We ended up changing rooms which helped some but we could not open the window to enjoy the cool air and the room was warm. I would consider this the only negative aspect of the hotel.

The hotel location is just great: many cool restaurants in 5 min walking distance, 10 min on foot to the Berlin Zoo. 5 min to the nearest metro station. The hotel itself is exactly what you expect from a three star Hilton: everything is spotless clean and new, the room is nicely furnished, the towels and sheets are fresh and crispy. Breakfast has a variety of options, and they’re all yummy. It’s not a luxury buffet breakfast, but it’s totally enough to start your day with a good mood. No minibar in the room, no balcony, and the train line goes right next to the building, but it adds up an extra New-York-style charm to the place. It’s super quiet in the room, and you can order Wolt food to have a meal in your room. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

No drinking water in the room. Buy your own water or use a small water dispenser in the lobby with super tiny shot-like drinking glasses. This is the only drawback we’ve noticed. However, the overall high standard of the place and great Wi-Fi compensate for this 5 times.

We got a warm welcome. Our room was ready early and it was lovely and clean. Amazing breakfast that really set us up for the day and a nice bar for a nighttime drink. Not a centrally located hotel but good transport links also up the road from the zoo and a big shipping centre - bikini Berlin.

No drawer space just a wardrobe. The area felt a little unsafe at nighttime especially down by the main station but that’s probably the same in most cities.

Superb central location for all visitor attractions and excellent restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we had to change rooms. The breakfast catered for all palates and the bar manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

There were no drawers to put clothing in although there was sufficient hanging space. Also, unfortunately some of the rooms back onto the main railway lines which is why we changed rooms.

We were so surprised at the quality of this hotel, fantastic location but more than that the decor and cleanliness was such high quality. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again if we come to Berlin again, and would recommend to all our friends and family. The breakfast was delicious, a make your own waffle stand, full selection of continental and cooked breakfast in a nice relaxing atmosphere.

Centrally located,near Savignyplatz. Quiet, although trains drive very near. Breakfast with many different kind of food ( I love pancakes)! Nice staff, very friendly.

Cleaning staff had perhaps too much work as during couple of days we had no cleaning, but problem was solved and cleaning was perfect after that.

The breakfast was really good with a great selection of hot and cold foods and fresh fruit. Staff was friendly and helpful. We got a room facing the railway tracks and didn’t like the idea at first, but luckily there was only little noise coming to the room from the passing trains. The room was clean and otherwise quiet, and the beds were comfy (except for the pillows). Aircon worked well. Location was good with Kurfurstendamm shopping area and public transport nearby.

The bathroom door was a sliding glass door that gave no privacy at all. This is not suitable for anyone traveling in company. The room was quite small, with little room for luggage. The feather pillows seemed fluffy at first, but flattened to almost paper-thin once you placed your head on them.

I loved the breakfast, you can make your own waffles. They service was so nice, I had also a little problem with my room card one night and they solved it really quick. You have also water bottles, instant coffee and tee in your room. That's nice.

My room was not really good isolated and you were able to ear the trains. I know that due the emplacement of the hotel (close to the train rails) it's quite difficult, but we're talking about an hotel which cost around 100€/night. Also they had no amenities in the bathroom but a box of tissues. I'm talking about cosmetic basics, like cottonetess or a tooth brush. Also really weird for such and hotel.
