The location is superb! Super close to metro stations (both S-Bahn and U-Bahn), lots of cafes, bar and restaurants in 1 minute walk. It is 1 minute walk from Ku-dam street and many great stores. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and it has its own piano bar. It is dog friendly.

Some rooms are very close to the railway and they can be noisy (on day time). The windows are very helpful but you can still hear the trains. It didn't bother us on night time though.

Everything exceeded expectations. Hotels in the EU at this price range are generally small with minimal facilities but this hotel offered spectacular value for money with the big room size, kettle facilities and refreshments. Bathtub was also available in my selected room choice, and the room was spotlessly clean. Maybe because it was a weekday, i was offered free breakfast, which i greatly appreciated. Selection were very satisfactory, with freshly squeezed vegetable juices a highlight for my stay, as well as seeing a cheese wheel during breakfast. Overall i felt very safe in this hotel as a solo female traveller and was very happy with the service provided at this hotel.

Maybe it would help to have a ledge on the doors, but i understand the lackthereof might be due to regulatory/ security restrictions.

We read the previous reviews before booking this room. They mention the tram/train noise and we were a bit worried. When we arrived at the bedroom, it was facing the train line (like the NH hotel photos on the listing) but the triple glass windows did a very good job and we nearly don't hear the trains. So we were very happy with this. Would stay again for sure.

In the same reviews, we read people talking about the fact that had to walk into a garage before arriving at the bedrooms. In fact, it is not very pleasant, but not a deal breaker since the bedroom is the most important part.

The staff was very friendly. Check-in and check out was really fast and smooth. The room was really large and comfortable. Coffee and tea in rooms. The bathtub and two toilets were a huge plus for a family staying together. Train was just a walking distance from the hotel, so it was easy to travel around.

We stayed in the room, which was really complicated to find on your own. We had to take a couple of elevators, go down and up the halls. There were no signs of how to get to the room. Thanks to a wonderful staff member who took us to our room.

The location was good and it had a quirky bar attached to it - The Van Gough with lovely piano playing on the Tuesday evening. We also booked a double but got two single beds & the hotel made it up as a double ( for the second night). Great coffee shop attached to an equally good shoe shop around the corner. And a plethora of restaurants but we still went to Sale e Tabbachi, our favourite.

Apparently you have to ask for a king size bed to get a double bed option and Booking.com don’t offer this. The room was fine but the bottom of the toilet pan needed cleaned. We did mention this and it looked better but still needed more cleaning / bleaching. Watch out the price! We booked on £309 for two nights but it was £352 best if you pay on booking but we didn’t get that option.

During the check-in, there were difficulties, since someone already lived in my room. Most likely there was some kind of technical error in the computer. But it is not important. I was pleasantly surprised by the service of the hotel employee at the reception, who upgraded the room to a higher category. In general - everything was great. The hotel has an excellent location in the western part of Berlin. Walking Kudam is literally around the corner. Also I was pleasantly pleased with the Vangog bar on the ground floor of the hotel.

Technical difficulties during check-in. But they were quickly resolved.

Ask them to provide some special gifts upon arrival and that was executed perfectly. Front of House staff were very hospitable during the whole stay.

In the room, soap and other hygiene products were emptied and this was never filled during the one time (the housekeepers) cleaned the room as one could recieve vouchers on a daily basis over having a housekeeper clean daily. Back of House staff had some issues with English but this is fine. Most issues were adressed immediately and tentialatively by more experienced front of house staff.

The Hotel is located in a very central location with considerable shopping and eating amenities. The hotel room was spacious and tidy. The restaurant offered excellent open buffet breakfast and the front office provided extra food/beverages that can be purchased and consumed in the room, which is practical.

The housekeeping team should be extra diligent in cleaning the room, especially vacuuming and mopping the room floor.

Great location close to the train station (5 minutes walk) and equally close to the bars and restaurants. Breakfast was very good especially the omelettes! The Van Gogh bar was very good having a great outdoor seating area as well as indoors with live music. Having used this hotel previously, I will happily do so again.

One negative point, ask for a room in the main hotel and not at the rear of the hotel as you get a lot of train noise (but as I had booked the last 2 rooms late I was aware this would probably be the case)

It is a great place in berlin in a nice area, it is not as busy as certain other places in Berlin, but you have a nice city environment. Stayed during the heatwave so I was very happy with the AC.

The double rooms were located a bit strangely in the back of the hotel so you had to zic zac through, and you couldn't access the room directly from the street, you had to cross the parking lot, and on the last day, the door didn't open, so we had to labyrinth through the whole hotel to get back to our room. Not a big deal, but still a little weird in design.
