The room was fantastic for 5 sharing. Great amount of space and a separate toilet from shower. Made life easier when 5 getting up and showered in the mornings. Room was really clean and modern. Crisp white bed linen and plenty of towels. Staff were very helpful, helped us locate overnight parking in a parking garage 2 mins walk. Our car had roof box and was too high for their parking garage. Reception served tea and coffee which was great at breakfast. We were able to have it in their courtyard along with our own food from local Rewe supermarket 2 mins walk. Location was fantastic. Walking distance to Alexanderplatz, Brandenburg Gate and Unter den Linden. We had our own bikes which meant we could get around Berlin easily from hotel. The area felt safe and busy. Lots of cafes and places to eat. It was a very affordable option for a family of 5 to stay in Berlin. We would definitely use it again. Thanks guys 😊

Breakfast was phenomenal! The selection was great and having it onsite was great. Staff in all areas of the hotel were always so friendly and helpful. The location was close to lots of attractions and transportation. Beds were comfortable and everything was really clean. Oh, the coffee bar at the front desk was a nice treat too. And storing luggage after checkout was handy.

The room was hot and while open windows at night was nice, the courtyard below was noisy with people coming home bars at all hours - not great for a family traveling with kids. When I asked to be moved to a room with AC I was told to open windows. The room was also so small with little place to put luggage.

The staff was exceptional. We felt so welcomed at check-in and every interaction we had with the front desk was pleasant. We really appreciated the bed accommodations for our family of 5. It was so nice being able to all sleep in the same room. The beds were comfortable and the location was excellent. There were so many good restaurants within walking distance.

We only wished we had a mini fridge in the room so we could have brought home our restaurant leftovers. Also, we used the couches in the lobby when we wanted somewhere to relax without having to lay down.

A good choice for solo travellers, school trips or families looking for accommodation on a budget in a centrally located hotel. A clean place with 24-hour reception and public transportation nearby. It felt safe and the staff was extra helpful. Plenty of time for breakfast (from 6.30 to 10.30), and the room stays open for the rest of the day (several people appreciated that and went there to study or work online). Drinks, coffee and sandwiches are sold at the reception. Several options for lunch or dinner close to the hotel. Just a few minutes away from the Museum Island and Friedrichstrasse Station.

I liked the location, appreciated the clenliness and clean towels I got. Kudos for not accepting cash, which in Berlin usually happens the other annoying way: most places only accept cash.

The fact that I learned no alcohol is allowed on location when I got there and the fact that I can't have a beer on the beautiful terrace is just a turn off, the lack of a proper place to cook food, the lack of hangers / hooks (seriously, one per person is just a joke), encouraging the tourists to rent a locker instead of offering a safe storage in the room or without and extra cost. The sandwiches available at reception for 2.5 euro - also a bad joke.

Really great check in experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at all times during our stay. Hostel had beers, water and some light snacks in house available 24/7, even offered to take in our food delivery instead of us waiting in the lobby for us (not sure if that's always the case but was much appreciated!) Rooms were both nice, had a 8 bed (instead of a 6 bed, but appreciated the extra space) and a 2 bed deluxe. Both had ample heating for the winter weather, were comfy enough. TV's are small but hardly an issue for any of us. Location in Mitte was good, been in the same area before. S bahn right outside with U Bahn round corner and trams etc (trams were off due to construction in Dec 22 but no issue really for us)

I suppose there could have been a couple more chairs in the 8 bed room but I'm sure we would have gotten more if we had asked as they were so helpful with everything else. TV's were a bit small but again, hardly an issue for the vast majority of those travelling. Stairs to the deluxe room upper level with beds was maybe a bit tight and steep when you've had a few drinks, but the sign did say use at your own risk haha.

The location was terrific - very central - about 20 minutes walk from Brandenburger Tor, and right beside the underground trains. The breakfast was very nice - nothing cooked (except hard-boiled eggs), but a really nice selection. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The room wasn't what we expected- 2 bunk beds for a couple and our 13 year old daughter wasn't optimal. There was very little space and we had to live out of our suitcase, as there wasn't even a cupboard/wardrobe/drawers, just four metal lockers. It was also quite loud at nighttime, given the central location.

The hotel is perfectly communicated with the rest of the city, and tram and metro stops are just outside the building. We were lucky to get our room keys earlier than 3pm cause it was cleaned and ready :) You can also use the luggage store for free. Receptionists are helpful, beds are comfy, and windows curtains darken the room nicely. Wifi worked okay, too. We were really happy with the stay and would recommend it to anyone!

The shower was really small and a bit dark, but it worked well. No further downsides :)

Very nice hostel with spacious room, big windows, quite comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Also the breakfast was very good and for the great price! Hostel is located in a nice area, good places to eat and many cafes around, and also very close to the Museum Island or Brandenburg Gate (15-20 min walk). The staff was helpful and nice too!

The bathroom tend to be a bit stinky from time to time, didn't find out the reason though. But overall the stay was very pleasant.

the place was mostly clean, easily accessible by bus and tram, had comfortable beds, had storage room for free to keep the luggage before check-in and after check-out, and last but not least, had very kind staff. There were delicious bakeries and cafes around as well.

the sewage seemed to be clogging, it took a while to clear the water from the sink. Also, the bathroom was easily wet as the door for the shower didn’t close properly. Otherwise, it was okay, actually superb for the price.
