The bar was great!! Room was quiet and bedsheets were clean.

The bathtub was very dirty, my friend even refused to step in it to take a shower, even with flipflops, because the drain was also clogged (otherwise I would've just cleaned it myself), and so all the dirt touches your feet and it was yikes. I mean all you really need is a clean shower and clean bedsheets, so it really affected my opinion.

I don’t really care about other aspects when choosing a hostel. But their staff is professional, excellent, friendly, and most importantly ‘enthusiastic’! Also there’s a bar at the ground level so if you’d like to meet some new friends you can visit there.

Lockers are way too expensive even compared to the price of lockers in Central Station. 5 Euros / 3 hrs and 8 Euros / 24 hrs. Breakfast is a bit dull but OK. Towels are not free so bring your own one.

The staff was very helpful. I truly appreciate the good service. Especially two people from the staff who did all that extra to help me get an emergency bed for two nights when my flight home was cancelled. Despite this being an overly booked weekend in Berlin due to some festival which meant it was very hard to find beds they helped me. (I went to two others in the area and asked so.) Elly and Isi from the staff went that extra mile to help me out so I'm super grateful to them and satisfied with my stay here. A few other things I appreciated: *The social events every evening, with games and a free welcome drink. *Good prices in the bar for people staying at the hostel *They had a lounge in the basement where you could relax a bit while waiting for your flight after checkout, this really helped and was very nice. *All the beds have curtains which was a big deal for me for some privacy. *The beds had lightning in them, and outlets for electricity so you can charge your phone. *I general when it comes to the area in Mitte, it was very central, close to supermarket, stores, restauraunts and a train station. There were also many electrical scooters in the area which you can rent cheap. Perfect if you are on a budget and dont want to travel so much or far to get to places. *Also as a final note there were so many lovely people in the meeting place outside the bar this place seems to attract very nice people so I made alot of international friends on my stay. I will definately be back next time I'm in Berlin.

I do wish their laundry had a tumble drier or some better solution for drying your clothes. I had to hang my clothes in my room wherever I could which could potentialy disturb other guests in there.

Staff are very friendly and nice. Breakfast was great, but would be great if we have some harsh brown as I do not eat meat or any cheese. The only thing I ate was eggs, some fruits and croissant on my first day stay. I did not see any on my other two days breakfast. That was fine, I a not complaining. The juice and coffee was great. Me being a vegetarian and not liking cheese is solely my problem, but ur hostel had quite a variety of cheese and cold cut meat. Great selection of breakfast type though. Juices were quite authentic and not flat.

The fan in the room. The ceiling fan is not working and we only had one standing fan and, it was not rotating. There were couple of girls who would just turn the fan facing them whenever they walked into the room. Not nice. If we have a ceiling fan working, or the portable one turning, everyone will get the air since the last two day was brutally hot.

Safe, clean, central location. Same goes for the property. But I just gotta give a shoutout to Dyllan. I’m American and am used to outstanding customer service which a lot of hostels simply don’t provide, but Dyllan did. And it seems like he did without trying. He’s just a naturally chill guy who finds satisfaction in doing a good job. Thank you brother, you made my trip that much better. I hope you see this!

The key cards will stop working if they come near not just your phone, but other cards as well like credit cards. Super sensitive and odd situation. Meaning you have to dedicate an entire pocket or area to one card-which if you’re used to traveling you know is a major hassle.

This is a great place for solo travellers!! I met so many great friends here but also had privacy to be by myself when needed. The staff was super helpful, and reception was open 24/7, so there was help even after the nights out clubbing in Berlin. 😉 The bar/restaurant was really great with good breakfast and some good food deals! The rooms were very comfortable with good beds, and the location was great - close to metro and tram stations.

The shower had no window or fan, so it got very very stuffy. But it was generally clean and in good condition.

It's a great hostel in Berlin. The room was clean and decent size. There are locker boxes available located under the bed. You just need your own padlock (alternatively you can buy one at the reception). The STUFF ARE ALL AMAZING! Helpful, well informed and friendly 😀. Definitely one of the better choices when wanting to stay at a hostel in Berlin. Gerne wieder ✌️

The water saving shower, was a bit annoying (room 104). It lets water flow for 7-8 seconds and then it stops so it's needed to press the button again. I am all about green future and sustainability but that's too short (probably defective or uncalibrated.) Water flow duration should be anywhere between 15-30 seconds.

Locations is really close to Berlin HBF. close to any public transportation, the staff is very well-communicated and nice.

You have to pay for almost everything, Towel, Lock, Locker, etc. I think Lock & Towel must be included

Customer service was great, really nice people, answered all of my questions. THEY WERE GREAT It was clean, bed was great. I apreciate the privacy the curtain gave and the power plug in the bed as well. I'm really satisfied with my stay.

I really wish there was an information that you do not provide lockers for the shelfs under the bed. If I was aware i'd just brought mine. It was my first experience with sleeping in the shared room so I had no idea that the lockers were not provided. Please inform your customers earlier!!!!!!!!

The Lift was too slow & didn’t work on one occasion. Hence I had to take the stairs from the reception to the fifth floor. It was stressful & energy draining. Again, the room keys was another dramatic experience. It hardly works once I leave the room. (Meanwhile, I never kept it close to my phone or any metallic/electronic object/device. I used separate pockets). Thus, upon return, I had to go back to the reception to have it sorted out! This was so annoying! So, I request the hotel/hostel management to initiate a drastic & innovation measures to correct these issues with the lift & room keys
