The bar was great!! Room was quiet and bedsheets were clean.

The bathtub was very dirty, my friend even refused to step in it to take a shower, even with flipflops, because the drain was also clogged (otherwise I would've just cleaned it myself), and so all the dirt touches your feet and it was yikes. I mean all you really need is a clean shower and clean bedsheets, so it really affected my opinion.

I don’t really care about other aspects when choosing a hostel. But their staff is professional, excellent, friendly, and most importantly ‘enthusiastic’! Also there’s a bar at the ground level so if you’d like to meet some new friends you can visit there.

Lockers are way too expensive even compared to the price of lockers in Central Station. 5 Euros / 3 hrs and 8 Euros / 24 hrs. Breakfast is a bit dull but OK. Towels are not free so bring your own one.

Locations is really close to Berlin HBF. close to any public transportation, the staff is very well-communicated and nice.

You have to pay for almost everything, Towel, Lock, Locker, etc. I think Lock & Towel must be included

Customer service was great, really nice people, answered all of my questions. THEY WERE GREAT It was clean, bed was great. I apreciate the privacy the curtain gave and the power plug in the bed as well. I'm really satisfied with my stay.

I really wish there was an information that you do not provide lockers for the shelfs under the bed. If I was aware i'd just brought mine. It was my first experience with sleeping in the shared room so I had no idea that the lockers were not provided. Please inform your customers earlier!!!!!!!!

The Lift was too slow & didn’t work on one occasion. Hence I had to take the stairs from the reception to the fifth floor. It was stressful & energy draining. Again, the room keys was another dramatic experience. It hardly works once I leave the room. (Meanwhile, I never kept it close to my phone or any metallic/electronic object/device. I used separate pockets). Thus, upon return, I had to go back to the reception to have it sorted out! This was so annoying! So, I request the hotel/hostel management to initiate a drastic & innovation measures to correct these issues with the lift & room keys

Comfy bed. Privacy due to curtain in front of bed. Upper bed easily accessible. That's not always the case in hostels... Easy check-in & check-out. Bathroom very clean. Power outlet and light at bed. Cheap.

Need to have an own lock for your locker. You can only buy locks at reception but not just borrow them. Never had that in a hostel before. Although it is Berlin and staff was very kind and I can communicate in english, I expect that you can check in and out in German. Other visitors might not be fluent in English.

Fun hostel with lots of activities in a perfect location by the Orangier train stop. Karaoke night was amazing (free shot for singing!)! They have everything you need although it's an extra cost (buy a lock for 5 euro; rent a towel for 3.50 euro; breakfast for 5 euro; laundry for unknown because I didn't use it, but you get the point).

The only thing I would change is how finicky the hostel room key cards are. I think with the exception of one time, every single other time I needed to get back into my room, I had to go downstairs to ask for a replacement card. Thankfully, my room had the bathroom inside of the room...I cannot imagine this experience for someone who has to take a shower in the bathroom separate from the room and then can't use the key card to enter their room.

Great hostel! The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy with curtains and personal lamp and plug. There’s also a big storage space under the beds for each person. You need your own padlock to lock your things in. The shower is inside the room and the washroom is outside the room. Each room has a private washroom that opens with the key card. The bar is good and the there are a lot of options for breakfast. The terrace is very nice and well lit. The storage room is coin operated. You can choose between small and large lockers and store your things before/after checkout. The staff are professional and helpful.

It was simple and clean. The location was also good and easy to walk everywhere, close to transportation. Rooms are spacious with a tv and clean white bedding. It was also helpful to have a closet and extra blankets.

I wasn’t informed that there was a shared kitchen area nor that there was coffee available at certain times. I only found out as I was leaving. Rooms also need hanging cards saying if you want your room cleaned or not. Housekeeping would knock on my door, waking me up, every morning. If there were signs that you could hang on the door, it would be helpful.

St. Christopher's offers a quality hostel experience. The beds have privacy curtains and effective outlets, and there is plenty of individual space for keeping your luggage safe. Breakfast was good, and the staff offers lots of little deals to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

There were issues with the keycard maker when I arrived, so I did not receive my own room key for the first day and a half; however, the staff were doing everything they could to remedy the issue, and it really was not a huge inconvenience for me. I did notice that the under-the-bed storage, while effective, can be a bit disruptive (creaky, top doesn't always stay open, etc).
