The accommodation is in a great location, with public transport going EVERYWHERE from Kurfürstendamm. No need to drive in Berlin. The bed is very comfortable. Super quiet, no noise from the street. The staff there are very nice. In the bathroom there was a tiny bit of mould in the shower, but the room cleaners can't remove it during their shift, it requires professional and time intensive cleaning. We were not bothered, but squeamish guests may poke at it. Overall, we had a super 3 days at the hotel and next time we come to Berlin, we would like to come here again. Thanks for everything!

Everything was perfect

Location was very central. The rooms were clean and pleasant. Hotel personnel was very professional, friendly and open. I felt they took great importance in environmental friendliness without compromising the comfort.

The room had a couple of very small issues that added up, such as missing a proper ceiling light (there was only one for the entrance, for the sleeping area they only had small wall mounted reading lights) and a very slow draining drain in the bathroom sink. There were some of these issues that added up, but none of them were dealbreakers, just small annoyances.

Location is great, near to many restaurants with delicious foods, shoping centres, tourist place, groceries, public transports, hotel is clean, the tripple rooms is spacious, comfortable beds, staffs are polite and helpful, hotel still provides welcoming drinks and fruits (not many hotels like that nowadays), Facilities inside room are good. Absolutely a recommended hotel to stay.

It would be better if the water bottle replenishment is provided in guest room every day. Anyhow, the water bottle provided by hotel inside the room at the first day shows that this hotel put considerable attention and appreciation to quality of hotel service.

It’s the perfect location and the staff are extremely helpful and responsive. As I mentioned regarding a previous stay, Bertram welcomed me and went out of his way to help me get settled and figure out trips and events to enjoy. Then I got to also know Jessica who went beyond the call when I needed to send a package back home. She is a very fast and efficient manager and it just goes to show the property is well run at every level. I have to make a trip but will be returning just because they are so thoughtful and friendly here (and the breakfast is amazing!). Please note: I have never been this positive in a hotel review before. Thanks also to Phang and Lidia for their help in several areas. This was my first time ever staying for ten days in a hotel but I would recommend such a lengthy stay if you can make it Park Plaza Kudamm. Thanks to everyone here. I never had a moment of frustration here. And I will definitely be returning!!!

The room was clean, with a big and comfortable bed, good quality sheets, soft towels, tea/coffee set, welcoming and farewell water supply, extremely helpful, friendly and smiling staff. Nothing seemed to be a problem. Good breakfasts with coffee and selection of teas with an option of eating in the cosy green area! The hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing. It offers an underground parking, entry could be challenging for bigger cars but there was a piece of info given on the website. I would definately come back.

A bit noisy from the street side even though we had a top floor but manageable if one closes the window.

The most beautifully presented property in the most perfect location. Restaurant onsite is exceptional! As are the staff! It’s only a few min walk from a shopping mall and Starbucks, barber and other amenities. Also the underground there is a 2 min walk and provides access to Westfield shopping centre which is definitely worth a trip!

Nothing whatsoever it exceeded our expectations! If I was to be really nitty picky I would say a/c in the room wasn’t as powerful as we’d have liked. But then again we had our frenchie with us so it was mostly for him I’d have liked it a tiny bit cooler.

Location was good in the centre city, Berlin Centre Brandenburg gate was like 10 mins away..metro and bus stations were very close by 2 mins walk. A lot of food outlets/cafes near by! Room was quite and comfortable. Great value for money!! They took care of our luggage after checkout as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing actually.. just that we took two rooms and one was quite small, unlike the one shown in photos. Breakfast was a bit over priced esp. for a family of 5, it was like 80 Euros which way too much, we can do it much better and cheaper in near by streets/cafes

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great. The location was good enough, not too close to the main places I wanted to visit, but the neighborhood is good.

Had a problem on the last day where the power outlets were not working in my room, so I had to charge my devices in the bathroom. The hotel said they could fix it the next day or change my room, but my checkout was scheduled for the next day. Nothing much to do, but the solution was good if I had enough time.

The hotel is in an excellent location, not too far from the sights, public transportation available close to the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops near the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, our 3 year old even got a welcome package. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed super big and an extra bed available for our daughter.

The hotel might need a small renovation: change the carpets and the curtains, change the bathroom furniture. But the condition of the room didn’t bother us, it was clean and nice.

Nice large room on top floor. No noise from the traffic outside. It was very pleasant. Couldn't see the road/view from the windows unfortunately but we didn't spend all our time in the room anyway. The AC worked perfectly. A mini fridge to store drinks and snacks was great! Nice clean rooms, old carpets but fine, shower/bathroom had what we needed, always warm water. Very close to shopping, several restaurants, bus, train etc. Everything worked out very well for us.
